Most awful customer service!! The employee was in an EXTREME RUSH for no reason. She asked what can we get before we even pulled up to the speaker. I ordered what I want but my sister didn’t know what she wanted. The employee than proceeded to say “are you done? Do you know what you want?” “Is that all for you” My sister said “give me one second” 3 TIMES!! Then we go up to pay and this lady screams our total 3 times. LIKE WE HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME. My sister was going to grab her wallet and this employee then says “we have a line so hurry up” “are you gonna pay” (mind you there was TWO people behind us) and it hadn’t even been a whole 30 seconds. After that we just straight up just drove away. Nobody is gonna spend there hard earned money on a place that treats you LESS THAN HUMAN. Do not go to this ratchet location with that ratchet girl with the blonde hair. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. If you want some decent human decency I suggest you go somewhere else. Ps. I can’t speak for every employee there but the girl SPECIFICALLY with blonde hair is extremely rude every time we go there she rushes us and talks extremely fast. She sounds pushy and controlling even to her coworkers.

Why cant they stick each wake up wrap in its own pouch? What if theres 2 people eating? One has to hold their food? Cant spare the paper?And these were barely thrown together right. I guess the redundancy of their morning job has got them flustered. And theres a monster wheel eater pothole at the start of the drivethru. Thanks.P.S. first low rating of any food place

I only can give this place 1 star for the reason being I waited in a big long line in the morning which took like 20 mins just for me to get to the window and for them to tell me they are not serving like food for breakfast at all. If that's the case the should have a sign up or some thing so people don't waste there time in line like I did...?

We went there this morning and I Instead of helping customers the employees were arguing behind the counter. Like arguing and asking for our input. It was so bad one employee walked out the door. Leaving a store full of customers to watch. None of us even ordered yet. They then turned their frustrations on us and were so rude. Do not recommend.

The workers are really nice and care that customers have a good experience. The particular order I made through the mobile app turned out to be out of stock, but the worker was really nice and offered me alternatives. For example, I ordered a chocolate croissant which turned out to be out of stock, so she gave me 2 doughnuts of my choice instead. Also, the café is nice and clean and has an appealing atmosphere. The location is good too. The coffee beverage was excellent, just the right temperature and blend of flavor and sweetness. The doughnuts were fresh, warm, aromatic, and delicious.

I love Dunkin' donuts but they need to work on their consistency big time. At this specific Duncan I ordered a caramel latte and when I got it to the drive-thru was all my way to work realized there was no coffee in the drink it was just the froth and caramel. They also need to work on making their hot drinks hot because there's nothing more disappointing than snowy day ask you for a hot coffee and getting a coffee that's not even lukewarm. The same with their sandwiches it's a hit or miss sometimes they cook it perfect and others the cheeses and melted the egg is cold and I just really hope they can get it back together because they are great affordable and fast but if the product is that inconsistent to me it's garbage. But don't listen to me it could just be a store that I visited but that is enough for the higher ups to step in and figure out something.

I swear coming here is like an abusive relationship. I enjoy my coffee but it's given out by someone who has no professional etiquette and it's just blatantly rude to customers. Handed the cashier a $10 to pay for my $4 order, shuts the window in my face after giving me my order (which was wrong to begin with) and I proceeded to wait to get my change back. Opens the window after realizing i haven't moved yet and then asks me what I'm waiting for. I told her my change, because I gave her a $10 bill. Her response "so what you want like a dollar or something?" Honeslty didn't even know how to respond to that. I had to do the math for her and ask for that change. Sorry for the inconvenience dunkin.

I won’t return. I consider myself a pretty patient and forgiving person and I’ve worked in food service so I get busy times, but the last three times I’ve been here, staff has been extremely and unnecessarily rude.Updated to say a few of the staff members have been great during our 30 minute wait for food (!!!) DD really needs to look at their management practices.

Horrible customer service, employees don’t care about good customer service. I ordered 2 strawberry coconut refreshers through the drive thru. I got coconut milk only, went back to let them know. I was given attitude by the same girl, handed my refreshers and said “is it better now”. I was so offended. I was not asking for anything for free I paid $10 for these. Not coming back here, taking my business and money where I am appreciated.
