Cashier was not attentive or friendly towards me, as if she didn't want to wait on me; henceforth, my order was incorrect.The toilet in the ladies room was unclean & there were no paper towels.
The following dissatisfaction is not particular to the Tinley Park location, but to most all Culver's I have visited. Regarding their Flavor of the Day offerings, the product you get looks nothing like the pictures of the confection. Mostly, I get a totally blended mix of advertised ingredients that look and taste like a blob of cheap soft serve machine ice cream. Furthermore, only a minimal number of pieces (bits of cookie dough, cake or brownie pieces, etc.) can be found buried in the dish. At last visit, I counted 1.5 tiny cubes of Devil's Food Cake in my entire 1-scoop serving. Call it "Devil's Food NO Cake?"
Above average fast food I tried the walleye little soggy in some spots but overall not bad. Service was solid besides the girl try to be sassy and tell me there is no special when clearly the sign said walleye Lent special lol
stopped in tonight in the drive thru. ordered a double butter burger deluxe with cheddar cheese. onions rings instead of fries and a chicken. tender basket. I got all of the burger order and only the fries and drink for the tenders meal. if it wasn't so far to drive back I would. I shouldn't have to double check my order when you took it the correct way to begin with.
Burgers are taste great as well as the onion rings. Fries are too bland. I wish their customer service was better. It’d be nice to get a hello or thank you.
Do not patronize this establishment! My daughters went here to get a snack before their volleyball practice after school. They ordered their food for dine in (just the 2 of them) went and sat down, were brought their food in a bag and instructed to leave because "they are Central Middle School students" by an obnoxious male employee. They have never been so embarrassed and were forced to eat out in the cold weather!
Great staff and best fries and burger I can have for a fast food joint. Quick too. Also, variety of items on the menu and killer dessert menu.
I went here for lunch and the food was nice and hot the service was friendly and I did not wait a long time even though I was in the Drive-Thru I will suggest Culver's for lunch if you're interested in Burgers it was really good
Ate inside insteD of take out. The crew members were friendly & food delicious. Go ahead and upgrade your soda pop with their shakes etc. !!
