Just left this place. This was one of the best locations I have been to. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn’t reserve party but they made sure all of our needs were met. There were two girls at the counter who made everything so easy and I appreciate that. Thank you all for making my baby’s 3rd birthday memorable. We had a blast
You can add more interesting rides that actually move and are longer in duration. Your food should have more quantity for the price. You should open another register when there are 3 or more people in line because one person is usually ordering for their entire family. I waited 1 hour in line to order food with 2 people ahead of me.
Today was a good day at Chuck E Cheese. The service was better and the cashier was pleasant. The kids and adults in our group had a good time. The food was served when we asked.?
Took my Godson here for his birthday. He turned one so there wasn’t much he could do. His siblings were able to play though and even the adults had fun.I reloaded our cards with minutes instead of games and didn’t pay attention to the time so when they were closing they just shut everything off but we still had time on our cards. The manager was able to help us with that thoughFood was good also.
We celebrated my grandsons 4th birthday here. He had a great time. The food was good and there were plenty of games to play. The place was clean for the most part. The staff was friendly. Only complaint was the busser was slow to clean up the tables and it wasn't that busy.
Exactly what you'd expect. Fairly clean. Door guardian is on the ball(no misplaced children). Cashiers super slow. Can't run MasterCard as credit on the "token" machine to get the added value. Had to get less and wait a long time for the only register that was open.
Customer Service is Terrible ...Games seem to give you less Tickets these days! And ... The lady at the register didn't ask me if I wanted the wrist band with the playing card for my kids ... 3 dollars EXTRA per wristband to hold the points card around their wrist... She just added it on without my knowledge... 6 bucks extra that I didn't know about ...I definitely won't be back
So everything was okay until my son was hit in the face by the door of one of the games that was not locked properly. One of the staff, Brandon, saw what happened and immediately got up, closed the door and locked it and went and sat back down. He did not even try to see if my son was okay. I asked him for the manager and directed me to the counter. I asked the GM, Armondo, for an incident report. He went and checked the game asking the associate why wasn't it locked. He ensured it was secure before giving me a sheet of white printer paper and a pen saying that is how they take incidents. He never asked if my child was okay. Never asked if we needed anything like an ice pack or even how he could help. For someone yo say he has been with Chuck E Cheese for 25 years he handle the situation poorly and with very poor customer service. Needless to say I will be contacting corporate and never returning!
Went here early morning and I must say it was clean , the pizza was fresh and good, the service was ok for a early morning 10am birthday party. There are plenty of games for both kids and adults. I think this location is pretty good ?? .
Went in on 3-12-22 around 7pm. Aside from the young hispanic girl working the counter there was a full staff standing around while one girl helps the entire location, on phones, swearing, not helping minimize lines. Keep in mind it was extremely packed. Once i ordered i went back up to get red pepper for my pizza and was stared at by about 4 employees either on their phone or busy in personal conversation. The girl trying to rid her long line was the one who asked if i needed help while i stood by the salad bar. Every token game did not have tokens to dispense. Entire place was sticky and dirty. If the staff of about 10 worked as hard as this young girl then this would easily be a 5 star review.
