This place is really bad. Understaffed so my order took way too long. There's a drive-thru window but it really shouldn't be open considering how understaffed it is. The rice was undercooked, as many people already mentioned, and they didn't have everything that I ordered in stock. I was excited that a NEW location was opening so close to me, but the operation here is so poor that it is actually killing all of the Chipotles that I previously went to as well. Because psychologically, I have a hard time choosing to go to a farther location when I have "the same place" that's closer, but I also wouldn't go to this closer place because they're just so bad. To be fair, the staff is always professional and courteous and working as hard and as fast as they can. This place just needs better management, IMO.

Im literally filing a complaint with the Health department. Hope they shut this place down. This is literally hands down the worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. I walked in and walked right back out after seeing how disgusting and filthy the place was. Food literally everywhere. It looked as if nobody cleaned up for the whole day in the dining area AND the food prep area. The staff looks so overworked and burned out. If you guys are reading this please do everybody (including yourself) a favor and quit. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm just happy I dodged what could of possibly been food poisoning or worse. Dont come here.

First time ordering from here! And if I could give a 0 I would. Food was absolutely horrible, everything I ordered was ice cold I had to reheat to everything. I couldn’t even eat my burrito bowl I ordered. I had 5 bites and was chewing and biting into hard food. YUCK!! My large guacamole was put in a small container. This whole experience was horrible. The store cleanliness should be rated as a 0. Stuff everywhere by the soda machine. No napkins instead they gave us brown paper towels. The food preparation area was disgusting! Chipotle you should be ashamed serving food to your customers like that!

Truthfully a one-star is even generous. Placed an order for Chipotlane through the app. My order for a single burrito bowl was ready to be picked up at 3:50 PM. I arrived at 3:50 and was the only car in line. I was then asked for the name on the order twice, waited in line for 30 minutes and still didn’t get my food. Went inside to see what the issue was and I left after seeing the filth inside the store. Contacted customer support for a refund.

First time at this location, not impressed. Chips stale, grissle in the meat. Not a 5 star experience. They were busy as usual and only 3 people at the counter. They were trying there best to move the line. The manager however was of no help just belittling the employees and talking down to them. Maybe if she B***ed less at them and helped out service would be better.

My reasons for rating 1 star:#1 they didn't cook any fajita veggies (this wasn't sold out)#2 no manager insight to ensure employees are preparing food properly#3 the person wearing a Paulina name tag was rude because he barely put chicken on my tacos. When I asked can he add a little more, he used his gloved hand and picked up 2 pieces of chicken from the container and put them on my tacos! (Yuck! Why couldn't he use the serving spoon that was in container?)#4 this same employee Paulina took sliced Meat the cook had put in a container and put it in mouth in front of the other employees and me. Then he wiped the sauce from the meat onto his apron and proceeded to start working on online Chipotle orders! ?‍? ? ? nobody said anything to him!Do not eat at this place because clearly coronavirus and food handling safety isn't important at this restaurant! The health department need to pay this place a visit asap!

I recently visited this location for dinner and normally the service is pretty okay, nothing hugely concerning. I ordered tacos this time and I asked if there were fajita vegetables. They told me “we are out” and then proceeded to say it’s been a rough day and they didn’t get a chance to cut any vegetables up. Mind you i walked in, there were no customers inside, they had workers eating (I assumed they were on their lunch so that didn’t bother me) and their closing hours are until 10 pm. This was around 7:45 pm I came in. I understand having a rough day but if you have vegetables to put on the grill and you know you have another two hours to work, just go ahead and cut the vegetables up, cook and put out.

As a worker in the food industry myself, I’ve neglected the mistakes at this location countless times due to a lack of workers. However after two months of ordering online somewhat frequently, I’ve run out of excuses for them. I get a very simple order, just guac, brown rice, and steak. Now I’m not sure how you can manage to screw that up, but they have, more than just a couple of times. Not only that when I do get the right order the food is essentially inedible, the guac in particular usually looks like your toilet after you ate Taco Bell.

I waited 20 minutes in the "Chipot-lane" to pay $5 for grey/brown guacamole. I can not believe the drive through people just let that person sit at the window for all that time. There were 4 people in front of me with 2 more behind. I ended up leaving my wife sandwiched in the take out lane to retrieve our order inside. Very disappointed.

This Chipotle sucks. The employees look like they’re working against their will. Employees are rude. The food was cold. Took double the time estimated for a pickup. I ordered 2 bowls and 2 large chips. The large chip wasn’t even half-full. Save yourself the aggravation and go to the Chipotle in Mokena or in Frankfort.
