Good food, Relatively high-priced, but HORRIBLE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is the ONE thing that should be easy to get right, especially now, during a pandemic!Front line gets order wrong, (things happen right)? Not my complaint. I get it.So I bring it to the attn of their “Mgr”-Olivia 2 business days later when i re-ordered my $20 lunch (via online option again), who for 10 minutes explains why she can’t replace the 3 sides but is willing to “leave a note with a credit for 2 sides at the register for me for when I order again but I’d need to redeem it within the week.”So, I return 2 days later, order again, this would be #3 ($60 in less than a week).I stood in line & relayed to the cashier that ‘Olivia’ had left a note w/ the 2 (of 3 sides) credit & id be happy to take 2 tiny bags of chips as my credit to be redeemed & be on my way.The cashier refers me to the ‘Mgr’-Olivia who says, “No. I can’t do that” & goes onto try to explain.[I’m sorry why can’t you replace my 3 missing sides that ruined my entire $20 lunch order with 2 tiny bags of chips?]Seeing that I’m not getting anywhere, I ask for her boss (as again), I’m wasting more time on this than it’s even worth.Spoke to the self-proclaimed GM who today, happened to be ‘on-site’, Tiera. Tiera hears me out & then waste’s 10 more min explaining their policy, what she thinks Olivia was trying to say & why she can’t give me 2 small bags of chips to make things right (so i can go on with my day). Tiera added, “the chips cost them $3/bag.” Smh ??‍♀️BOTTOM LINE:After way too much time spent speaking on 2-diff occasions with both improperly trained “managers”, I end up leaving with the ‘2 tiny bags of chips’ & my 3rd ($20) and get this, wrongly prepared order in a one week.Do you know what you lost CHIPOTLE?A customer who was willing to spend $60/week on lunch at your company, over “2 tiny bags of chips” that should NOT have taken 2 visits, 20+ minutes, & 2 managers to make right. Nor should todays lunch again have been missing side number 3.My entire $20 lunch was wrong that day & subsequently, again today. Any version of, “Things happen & how can we make this right” would’ve done just fine. It’s not that hard to get quality customer service right.CHIPOLTE: PLEASE properly train your staff, especially MANAGEMENT in customer service.That was a ridiculous & completely unnecessary waste of my time.My 3rd order in a week (after all of that), should have been checked before i arrived by a manager for accuracy).My “$20-lunch-money” will be spent elsewhere where simple food-order-mistakes are handled properly.

Order two burrito bowl on app . Didn't check inside but later find out bowls only halfway full . Get even Barbacoa beef but I don't think it was even from kids menu order . Better check inside because is not same as dine in

Although the chicken was a little squishy olivia treated me right she was kind and had no attitude and helped explain to me how everything worked since it was my first time going here I think olivia should get a raise or a promotion. ❤️

This Chipotle really is horrible. A bunch of teens with attitudes. The worst I've been to. My rice didn't seemed to fully cooked. I have a lot of semi hard and hard pieces of rice. Also customer service sucks. No one said hello smiled or anything. I felt like I was bothering them rather than being treated like a customer. I've been to many different Chipotles and trust me this one hands down is really poorly managed. Beverage station was filthy Along with the ice dispenser leaking water. Tables weren't wiped down. Overall pretty disappointing again this place is poorly managed. Iam assuming he or she is a teen like the rest of the workers who could care less if you come back or not. Well don't worry I won't be coming back here. ??

Never had a bad meal from there, I have nothing bad to say the employees they are always polite and nice. I would definitely recommend going there and I'm definitely going back again and again!!

Arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time in the app to find they're out of queso. Fun since we'd purchased bowls with the plan of making nachos. Filthy store, filthy counters and a standoffish cashier. The tops of the containers weren't secured at all so both bowls were freezing cold. Bland taste and half the chicken was charred grill trash. Won't be back. Good job Chipotle!

This place needs some serious help with staff. Like everywhere else it's short staffed and took longer than usual to pick up online ordered food. But the food is on par with other Chipotle.

Went into place my order of 3 chicken tacos and 2 steak bowls to go. After I arrived home very disappointed after beginning eating steak was great as usual and salsa fresh but the lettuce was gross wilted and brown same with tacos and also left half of the pit of avocado in my taco with guacamole almost broke my tooth when biting into taco. What happened to your Chipotle this time and when serving they were to fast wanting to put toppings on not asked for, not listening. Visited on 3-19-22 at Tinleypark store at 2:54pm. Order #220 rung up by Juliana 10121. Spent $42.20

Service was great but the restaurant was not clean. The area just inside the front door needed attention and the doors needed cleaning.

The drive lane is very slow. Waited 20 minutes for a online order. The employee was not very pleasant! When I asked for a receipt to enter my rewards she stated I should use my receipt online? Really?
