Has to be lack of training or just caring, but I will not be going back to this location again. I absolutely love Burger King, nothing better than a hot fresh Whopper with cheese in my opinion and the chicken nuggets are pretty good too. Problem was it was anything but hot and fresh and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. The bun was borderline stale and my wife's nuggets weren't even luke warm. A simple zap in the microwave may have covered a little of the lack of freshness taste, but not even a thought of doing that crossed their minds. I'm not one to go all "Karen" on anyone, they wouldn't care anyway so why get upset more. I will simply never go there again. Avoid this stop if you can, if not, there's a McDonald's right down the road.
Haply this location took the coupon code. They made our order fairly quickly and it was made correctly. Coupon Deal was a good deal.
Service was bad and food was unacceptable I ordered hashbrowns with my breakfast sandwich and they were cold I returned them and the hispanic lady working the drive thru had a nasty attitude. ELE Everybody Love Everybody ❤️
Manager is sweet. Lost cell phone there and she kept it safe for me till I was able to pick it up!!

Second time i pulled through and the same employee said his system was down and could not take orders. 3:45 Sunday 2/27. I dont believe him. Its ridiculous. I will never return.
Friendly service and food was fresh. I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO THE ORLAND LOCATIONbut decided to drive 5 mins out of the way to the TINLEY location because of their EXCELLENT service. Thank you! Orland location on 159th needs to step it up.
I’ve become familiar with several bk’s on the south and wests sides over the last 10 years. This one seems to be the cream of the crop. The same people providing the same product. Always the same staff. Thank you guys, you’re the best! When I get more hiring power, I’ll recruit you guys!
