I waited a while on the drive thru before anyone asked what I wanted to order then the guy that took my order looks like he was having a bad day I was asking him a couple questions and he was giving me attitude and beside that I asked my sandwiches to be made fresh and they were warm and dry I also asked for cheese sticks and they gave me some type of cheese balls that were cold from the inside. The worst experience and the worst customer service..
Sat in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes just now at the speaker nobody would take my order there were no other cars in the drive-through or guests in the lobby. I pulled up to the drive-through window and there are three teenagers mingling amongst each other. If the burger king was an actual king I’m pretty sure he would’ve fed these kids to some lions ? I have seen the movie gladiator I know how the real world works.
This place was super short staffed when I went today with only one person working for a while a black guy with white glasses wearing a blue and white hoodie he must’ve been the manager and I’ll say he definitely earned the manager role if so for handling customers all on his own. Exceptional service from that man. Shame on them for being short staffed though.
Their is a new night shift manager Marcus and he really went above and beyond with my huge order. I was ok to leave with a little error but he said he would fix it with no problem on this busy Saturday. His Customer service is above and beyond. Thank you!
5 cars in front of me to the window. 25 minutes after ordering. The soda came from a 2 liter of coke, and on top of that it was flat. Are most fast food places trash. It sure seems so.
This post is more about the 3 guys working the afternoon shift. My wife and I pulled into this place and it looked like it was closed...It wasn't just no cars in the lot....we ordered our food and pulled up to the window. After talking with the 1st guy we found out that none of the guys had cars and actually Ubered back and forth to work. In this current time when most young people are sitting at home refusing to work in fast food, these guys are actually paying someone to drive them to work and back home.Hats off to people that are willing to hustle to make money. Let's support and encourage these 3 young men.
I literally watch her take my sandwiches out of the bag after I ask if they were correct, my way right away, right? They take my 2 impossible whoppers and wipe of everything and throw new onion and lettuce on them. I will never go to such a disgusting place again
I pulled in the drive thru at 630 I was the only car. I ordered pulled around and paid. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting to get 1 whopper and 1 #10 meal. I asked what was taking so long was told it was going to be fresh. I received cold fry's a cold whopper and a warm chicken sandwich. Terrible place terrible service.
This burger king is horrible. I used love it , I go when they have deals but I'm disappointed every time. Microwaved sandwiches suck!! What happened to ? broiled. ?.
Went to the drive through today on 3/24/22 exactly at 4:30pm long story short person working drive through kept saying how he couldn’t hear me. He then kept telling me to drive to the window to place my order instead numerous of times even after I told him “Okay, give me a second I want to look at the menu” a little louder and as soon as I said that he tells me “Aye don’t yell at me!” After he expressed to me more than one time he couldn’t hear me. I pulled off from this location and went to Wendy’s located on the other side of Harlem and that was the best decision I have made
