If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.Starting from the minute we walked in the door;It took 3 people to figure out where to seat us. We finally got sat & the hostess rushed through her speech so fast while seating us that we had no idea what she said. When our server finally came to take our order, she wrote absolutely nothing down (and had to come back & ask us to repeat part of our order) & when we got our food, there were multiple errors. My sandwich was supposed to have cheese, no cheese. My boyfriend ordered fries, got no fries. We ordered an appetizer; it never showed up. We had to ask for silverware, there was none on the table or given to us when we sat down. We also never received napkins without asking. Our server did come over & apologize for my sandwich being incorrect, although she had a snarky attitude. She said they were making me a new sandwich & it’d be right out… we waited at least 15-20 minutes & while the new sandwich was correct, the tater tots they gave me we’re crumbled & looked like they’d been scraped from the bottom of the pan (photo included). All of the servers, not just ours, seemed to have no cares or sense of urgency. I think one of the managers was the one who originally delivered our food & even she seemed to have an attitude & not care. TERRIBLE experience, & this isn’t the first time this kind of thing has happened here.

Been quite a bit since hitting up BWW. Wanted to do something different. Tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Delicious. Also got our favorite fried pickles and loving the new batter. Not sure how long ago that changed but it was yummy. Our waitress was awesome, too.

Service was good, just slow. Took a long time for our food to get to our table and we all ordered wings. Waited for our checks for a while since the waitress was trying to clean the restaurant for closing.

Ordered online To-go order for my ride home from Tinley Park reptile expo. They made some of the best Street tacos I've had at any Buffalo wild wings. See you in October!!

Well food was prepared well and tasty. And all the servers that helped me pick up my order did a good job!

The boneless wings were small, dry, and lightly sauced... if you like wings, plenty of places do it better.

Boneless wings didn't taste really good.Other than that, it's all good.

Every thing was good. Not spectacular but good. Our server was doing get best. Really no complaints.

I was traveling and staying at the hotel across the street, and stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I am a huge fan of Cobb salads And I know everyone has a different take on how they prepare theirs and I have to say I was very impressed with what I received. A very nice presentation, fresh and very tasty.I also want to acknowledge the great service that I had from Ashley. I requested an iced tea and while I am a sweet tea fan, I recognize that that is not popular in the North, so I simply asked for an ice tea. Ashley asked if I would like sweetener and I requested sugar. She said that she didn't have any. However, she could get me some liquid sugar and I said Oh do you have simple syrup behind the bar and she said yes and she was kind enough to bring me some simple syrup to mix with my tea.

Good friendly service they bring tables food out all together and hot unlike some of their other locations
