This had to be the worst pizza I have had in a long time!! It was basically flavorless and it did not look appetizing at all!! PLUS WE DIDNT WANT RANCH ON THE PIZZA!
The manager, Yvette, at this location is a true leader. I have observed her on many occasions patiently helping her employees, stepping in quickly to help customers and her team, and providing not just customer service, but true care to her customers.The restaurant is fast paced, yet Yvette, and team give you the attention and care you need in the moment. Yes, this review is for a pizza place and the food is good, but it’s the service that keeps me coming back. (Yvette, I hope I got your name right!)
Came for my baby's annual Birthday Pi day tradition. They changed it to having to download the app to get the $3.14 price. We had issues on both of our phones including other patrons with not downloading the app but them sending the reward. They wouldn't service us. I can say that I wouldn't go back but i only go for Pi day anyway. My kid likes pizza hopping on that day and we've gone the last 6 years. I can never go again and be fine.
Pizza CAN be very good if you hound the employees not to skimp you and actually do their job. Have them cook it well done and it comes out like any major pizza restaurant in Chicago. Very short staffed though. Need to hire more people and sorry but nobody is going to work for ten or twelve bucks an hour anymore so you need to start people higher so they stay. RestraintsRestaurant had walk out right while I was there and left three people to run entire place it was a total disaster.
Had the simple pie with gluten free dough and pesto finish! Hot, delicious, great pizza!!
Been coming here for years.. absolutely love their pizza, as does the rest of my family! I noticed bad reviews we’re from Pi Day sale.. like of course they’re going to be beyond busy that’s an amazing deal!
I go here at least three times a month. My usual is a vegan pizza or vegan cheesy bread. The staff is wonderful even at the busiest times. Their always polite and thank you for visiting the restaurant. I would rather come here than some of the other pizza places. Their vegan pizza and cheesy bread is delicious. Trust me, I get being busy.. I worked for Starbucks for 3 years and I know what it’s like to be slammed but I waited over 30 min just to walk out without ordering because they kept making online orders. Everyone behind me left before me. You need better management in terms of knowing how many orders you can take and how many you can’t. I was ready to give a good tip too since everyone was working hard but the lack of taking care of customers in store and ready to order was disappointing.
