I ordered the pulled pork burger, which was very good, as were the onion rings. However, the service was a bit slow and I had to go over to the bar to collect my cup of ranch. Then, I ordered Mac n’ Cheese and it never came out. So I tried again with a different server. She finally brought it out. This was about 20 minutes after the first time I ordered it.Slow service, but otherwise the food was very satiating.
Usually I love this bar but yesterday night was something else. Me and 3 others friends stood at the bar maybe 25 minutes before a regular ended up getting a bar tenders attention, got drinks and go up again, still get completely ignored, the same bartender comes after 15/20 minutes asking what we want, my friend asked if she had the ingredients to make something and she says “no” and walks away (mind you there is 3 other of us there and ready to order) and doesn’t come back to us not once as we continued to sit another 20 minutes and we ended up leaving. Our friends told us they left later on due to a similar experience.
Love the food and atmosphere. Has a great shepherd pie.
Wonderful customer service and great selection of food. Everything is super affordable and the atmosphere is wonderful.
Not crowded but as we know all places are short staffed. The young lady handled it well but she needed help. Good burgers and appetizers lets just say good food. Friendly people.
This place has Terrible service. We called 2 times, had a reservation and they turned us away and said they took the reservation wrong and they can't serve us. They really could care less to accommodate. No manager or supervisor came to talk to us. A group of 20 ppl. This place must not like to make money. Don't go here!
Guinness on tap, a fair amount of social distancing, staff eager to accommodate, and $5 burgers on special make it a great place for an afternoon lunch.
My first visit to Bailey’s on Sunday night was below average experience. The place was almost empty but appeared clean and organized. The server was pleasant and attentive, but wasn’t familiar with the restaurant’s coupons (Dining Advantage in particular) so I wasted/ forfeited $8. Prices are high, while portions are very small. My miniature chicken wrap that costs $10.99 was dry and served without any dressing. The salad was served in a weird looking bawl, with no croutons, and the glass of sprite was $3.00. The tap water had an interesting taste, most likely from the fountain machine. Not planning to go back.
Three stars instead of zero because it’s a cool atmosphere and the food is really good, but the service is horrible. Zero organization or teamwork amongst employees. Everyone is in their own little world and management is completely absent. If you’re a regular who chats up the bartenders you’ll be taken care of but everyone else can forget about being served in a timely manner.
Great weekly specials and Tracy is the nicest bartender. We will return to this establishment.
