I highly recommend going to Winston's Market to get the great-tasting Irish food yourself to enjoy anywhere else but here. The waitress Dawn had such a poor attitude. She was so rude whenever we asked a question. There were four tables total (two people at each), but you would have thought she had a whole other banquet room to attend to with the way she acted. It was an inconvenience to her to ask how big a certain appetizer was and the price of a cheeseburger. It was actually shocking how she had responded. I have been here years ago with a completely different experience, but personnel changes can make quite the difference.

Been craving a good Irish breakfast and Ashford House did not disappoint. Big fan of the Irish sausages. It's also a beautiful looking place with super friendly service.
I was treated for lunch for a pre-St. Pat's meal. I had the corn beef and cabbage plate. It also came with soup or salad. I had chicken soup broth based but very hearty with veggies, noodles, and meat. I ate very little of the entree at the restaurant which also included boiled potatoes. The entree for me, a small statured woman with a good appetite got 2 1/2 servings out of it plus soup it was a value. The service was quick and polite.
Service was great. Food was delicious. So many items on the menu it was difficult to choose which one to order. We have to go back to try more from the menu.
This Irish restaurant/bar in Tinley Park is my favorite breakfast place in the US. We drive a round-trip of 35 miles to eat there. The owners also have a grocery store next door called Winston's Market where you can buy many of the items that you eat in the restaurant, such as Irish bacon and sausages, pies and sausage rolls as well as a store full of English and Irish grocery items generally unavailable in the US.
Thought we’d go to a nice rest, we were wrong. Bread was dried out, onion soup was too salty to eat and the fried chicken as well. Wife had buffalo salad she didn’t think was special. Left there wanting to to to Portillos, Patio, Al’s or almost anywhere.
My mom and sis took me here for my birthday I indeed enjoyed myself good food the waitress here was awesome
