Although they had a sign on the highway showing "two roast beef for $6", there was no promotions signs on the windows, walls, or wall menu showing any type of promotion. This had to be on purpose. A bit underhanded in my mind... Roast beef was its usual tasty self. Dinged one star for the (lack of) signage.
Food was great and very fresh tasting compared to some other restaurants I've eaten at lately!
Worst experience at food place. Incorrect order, cold food, incompetent employees and no manager on site or available to give me a full refund. It was just embarrassing. I never get fast food and this is exactly why.
I enjoyed the food, the options, and good discount even the coupons. The staff are very nice, food is warm and taste good.
They have diet Dr. Pepper. That's 5 stars. The chicken salad is decent. The one at whole foods deli is much better, but this will do in a pinch.
Thought I'd try the buffalo chicken wrap. Big mistake! Too much buffalo sauce, which was a huge messy experience. So spicy I couldn't taste the the chicken! I'll stick to what you're known for - roast beef !! Bring back the potato cakes, too.
Customer Service was Blah ... I purchased the new Wagu Burger ... Tasteless ... Bacon didn't looked cooked thoroughly ...I did get the Mac N Cheese ... It was TASTY!!! Definitely try it ...
Sunday, May 28th at 3:30pm. The food was ok. The lady at the register was slightly rude. Possibly the manager as she was the oldest person working. No clean tables. There was a caution wet floor sign in front of garbage cans. Garbage was overflowing. There was liquid coming from under the garbage area, floor sticky beyond belief. My husband went in the bathroom and said it was absolutely filthy, and he's not one to complain. My mother went to bathroom and walked back out because it was unusable. My mother told the boy behind the counter the place needed some desperate attention and he just looked at her like he didn't understand. So I never made it into the bathroom to at least wash my son's hands so he left a mess.
Mostly for nostalgia: the Super was on a secret menu; don't have the Philly or 3-Cheese from the 1990's...
The staff isn't very friendly inside.I recommend the drive-through instead.Disappointing.
