BEWARE! NOTICE THAT ABOUT 90% OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS POATED FOR THIS RESTAURANT HAVE NO DESCRIPTIONS WHCH CAUSES ME TO BELEIVE THE OWNER IS CREATEING VARIOUS EMAIL ACCOUNTS AND POSTING PHONY 5 STAR RATINGS. The food is good but it is not worth the POOR SERVICE!!! Made a reservation for 12 people a month in advance. When I arrived and gave a young lady my name and the fact that I had a reservation she acted as if she had no clue as to what I was referring to. We waited 15 minutes ro be seated. Arrived at 1:30 and wasn't finished with ordering, eating, and yaing until 4:35--absolutely ridiculous! No management was present. They kept our drinks sitting on the bar for abt 30 min before they served them to us (we saw them sitting there) and they took forever to return credit cards. There's no need to return and I'll advise anyone who asks to stay away from this place .
I ordered the yellow curry, medium-hot spice level, and it was everything I hoped for. The potatoes and onions were tender, but not too soft, and the spicy level was perfect. Service was excellent, and it wasn't too crowded at dinner time.
We decided to try this place as the menu had several choice and the reviews were great. But to our disappointment. The Pad Thai was mushy and didn't have the traditional flavor. Other dishes we ordered were also kinda bland. But the staff was definitely helpful.
Had the pad Thai, ginger fried rice and garlic stir fry.. everything was good and made fresh. Also asked for 4-5 spice and they delivered. Tasty and quick service.
This place has great food but is managed absolutely terribly. Tonight was the last time for me. Placed a call ahead order at NOON for food to be ready 6.5 hours later at 6:30pm. Guess who’s food wasn’t ready until 7:25pm? ??♂️Edit: food received at 7:32pm. I was told at 7:17pm they were packing the order, guess that takes 15 MINUTES?!
Setting was nice and quiet. Server was excellent.Food was delicious. Had left overs but they did not make it home. Compelled to finish the meal.
Tonight was it, I've gotten take out every Friday night for myself and my family for 3 years. It was our tradition and we loved it. Vino Thai has changed big time. The food is still great ... When they get it right, but management is horrid.Servers are super nice and are doing everything great! But the last 5 times I've waited 2hours for my food and was told, well that's the way it is.The manager has no idea what he's doing and is rude. The bartender can make drinks but just looks confused. At least 5-10 people cancelled their orders after me tonight due to the poor management.I've worked in restaurants for 20+ years, I understand how they work , run and fall. If they don't fix their management systems they are going to lose a ton of business and fast.Were done and were so bummed, but rude management is where I draw the line.
After 18 months of take out only, we celebrated our boisterous shots with in person dining at Vino Thai! It was as delicious as always, and it was so great to be back inside our favorite Thai restaurant!
My fiancée suggested trying this place on a whim since we moved and my usual Thai place is out of the way but this place is by far greater with presentation and I can tell by the added ingredients it has more flavor. We make our own dishes but so when we do go out nothing tastes greater than her cooking but this place is very acceptable.
