I made a online order and told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes i waited for for a text or some kind of notification after waiting for a hour and a half I decided to call to get some information I call multiple time and I mean more than 4 and not once did anyone answer so I didn't get a refund for food I never got. Never again will I go or order from this place

Extremely rude service, apparently because I used a coupon. I shouldn't feel guilty for using a coupon I received in the mail. Nobody in my family will go to this location again.

My experience today 11/18/2021was terrible. I ordered my food online and picked up my order. I told employee my name and she hands me my order. I get back to my office and realized that they gave a completely different order. My name is Ariel and NOT Roxana. The order I received is clearly an Uber order. I called 3 times with the 3rd time some one finally picked up. They put me on hold for 15 minutes. When they finally came back, I asked for a manager and they stated that there was no manager on staff. Terrible service and will not be coming back.

This location has changed owners. I asked about any sales on the sandwiches and the lady tried to hide her face behind the counter. She would not look at me or answer me. I repeated the question and finally got an answer-no! Subway in general stores do not like coupons or deals. Why does the company bother? Very frustrating when you are on a budget and just want something that you did not have to make.

Ordered a steak and cheese online and got home with it and it was steak and bread and thats it! I recommend Jersey Mike’s. I will never order a subway sandwich again. Plus they are cheap with the meat.

I haven't been to a Subway in a while because I haven't had the best experiences at Subway in a long while. This Subway surprised me -- it's under new management. The footlong sub was actually a full foot. The bread was fresh. They didn't skimp on meat or veggies. Service was quick and pleasant. The establishment was clean.

Poor customer service. I would prefer giving a negative star. This is the closest Subway to us and I was taking my son on a much needed lunch break. We have never had an experience like this one before at other locations. Our initial intention was to dine in but the older lady taking our order made us feel very frustrated and uncomfortable. She should not be behind the counter. She didn't know what she was doing and it was stressful trying to get our subs made. She over toasted the bread. Cheated us on veggies, chicken and tuna. And quacamole. Just about everything we ordered. I came in with a coupon and somehow left feeling like I didn't save anything. I paid alot. She was unsure the entire time. I had to reach to get my receipt she didn't even hand it to me or offer to bag our chips. After it all we felt so uneasy we decided to not done in and left. Not satisfied with their service and this will be the last time we go here. I would rather drive to a farther location to get what we are accustomed to at Subway.

Last time going to this location. Chicken breast always has those rubbery tendons in them here for some reason (not a problem at other locations) and their items are always out. Bread, chips and cookies. Not to mention the pop tastes like rotten eggs due to well water. Im on a well and it doesn't cost to much to add filtration to the lines. I really don't care if im not greeted but from prior posts thats still the case now. So if you like the, "hi welcome to subway, what can i make you" service this is probably not a location for you. 2 stars because subway will always be my fav sandwich shop. Just not this one.
