Hard working crew who has continued to serve customers during the pandemic. Despite staffing and product shortages they show up every day doing the best they can.
They lie about their hours, and you get stuck in a line of 5 sheep in the drive thru waiting for them to recognize how Starbucks betrayed them and that no one's gonna take their orders. I got out of the line after a half hour of torment, but there are still at least a half dozen other cars going through the same consumerist hell. There are many Starbucks in the st Charles area. This one should be at the absolute bottom of your list
This Starbucks facility is closed for good after 26 years. Leaves a big void in downtown Saint Charles too?

i’m normally a calm and content person because i’ve worked in the restaurant industry however, i went there this morning and had the rudest person. i have a rather long order and i warned her in advice and she responds with “idc what do you want” while rolling her eyes. she then completely messed up my order. they were very busy but she was so disrespectful i’ll never be going back to that location.
Let me start this review by saying I love Starbucks coffee. However, do not like this specific Starbucks. I see I am not the only reviewer with this sentiment either. The staff here is very unfriendly. If possible, go to a different Starbucks for your morning coffee.
This is the worst Starbucks. They are very slow and regularly screw up my order. Every time I've been there, they will have my online order sitting behind a little acrylic "screen", completely done, but they won't call my name to get it. It will sit, and sit usually for about 5 minutes, all while handing out drinks of people who ordered after me. Each time I ultimately had to reach under the screen to get my coffee all while being yelled at for getting it myself. Last time I timed it, it was 7 min that I stood there staring at it before I grabbed it myself....and they yelled at me?? C'mon now. There was only 2 of us customers in the entire place each time.
Favorite location! This team is so upbeat and nice! They’ve helped me find new drinks to try. Best Starbies!
Been going here since they opened, staff are great, coffee is Starbucks and they make sure you are pleased with their service, drinks are consistent in taste and looks, great job, thank you.
This used to be my go to Starbucks but I've concluded I won't go here anymore. I understand they have a shortage, but it seems they've been shortages for a few years, so sure, let's blame COVID. However, the amount of times I've ordered a drink here to be told at the window where you pay that they don't have an ingredient for it is absurd. Why don't you tell me when I'm ordering? Also, since they're always "OUT" of something I called earlier today - 3 times to be exact, nobody answered, I figured I wouldn't make the drive over unless they had the ingredients for my drink. Nobody answered so I decided well, they typically receive inventory on Tuesdays so perhaps they have what they need. Nope. Nada.
