I’ve always loved the staff here but the past month or 2 it now takes FOREVER to get in and out. Very very slow
Always speedy and friendly service! Never had an issue here! Drinks are great and the location is great too! Definitely the store that I had to download the app for to start getting the rewards because I am here a lot! Thank you for your great service!
This Starbucks is just fine overall, the drinks are what you would expect. I find the inside seating area to be quite cold and drafty. My friends say their drinks are always consistent, so if that's what you're looking for, come here!

The drive up line had about 15 cars in it and nobody was inside the store I thought that would be faster so I walked in placed my order for a muffin a hot coffee and a Frappuccino then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while they continue to fill mobile orders for people that were not there, people that would be coming in later to pick up their coffee. That’s right they made me wait in a line behind mobile customers (not people in the drive-through) people who sent in mobile orders while a physical customer is standing there in front of them waiting. If it’s going to be a 15 minute wait for coffee in an empty Starbucks because of mobile orders they need to let you know that when you place the order. I asked for a refund, got it, but will never visit that establishment again.
This place loves to nickel and dime you. I ordered a "hand crafted" drink and asked for easy ice cuz they put in insane amount of ice. I was give a Vento cup which was not even half full. Asked to top off with milk.. Oh no that's extra.I paid $7.40 something and you gonna nickel and dime me over topping off with milk.Yea.. Not coming back again and recommend avoid this location.
I don't know if the 1 and 2 star reviews are from impatient, crazy people, but this is the best Starbucks location i have ever been. They are always so friendly and welcoming. I have been going to this location for probably 4 years now and I have never had an issue. They are always working hard when i get there and the line throught the drive through it out on the mall road and they have 20 people inside, but still have great customer service. Whatever they are doing at this store, i reccomend Starbucks emulate that for all other locations.I dont know why other reviews are supprised when you ask for something extra that it costs extra, but welcome to the real world. Perhaps learning a little patience in life would also be a good choice and not yelling at an hourly employee just because your Chi-Tea was a little off. Also, if you are going to study and want peace and quite then perhaps a local library would be a better option.

The cafe is dirty and the employees are very load and obnoxious. I came here to study and they were all yelling at each other and dancing around the store.
They keep adding whip cream to my latte that has chocolate drizzle added.
