Hot zamn! Nothing beats a comfy cozy good ol fashioned campfire boiled bean beverage! This lil establishment definitely got a drive thu cuz i take my meijers supplied zoomer scooter in through the line all the time! That sweet sweet bean brew gets this ol feller hastier than a jack rabbit on meth and i've seen a fair share in my day! Gets me goin faster than a roman pusio (Whoo mama!)

I always use my mobile app to order but this morning your app wasn't working so I ordered at the window. I ordered a vanilla creme and egg bites. As I was about to pull up I noticed the screen showed a steamed milk. When I got to the window I asked the associate if she charged me for a vanilla creme and not a steamed milk. She smiled and shook her head but was too busy taking an order to give me the time of day. I ended up with a steamed milk, which i would NEVER order. I spend way to much of my hard earned money here, by choice, all I ask is you get my order right and focus on me when it's my turn in line.turn in line.right. I

Staff is always on point

Pulled up to the drive thru and there were only two cars in front of me. 15 min later and I’m still waiting, which would have been totally fine but I noticed the customer in front of me seemed to know the staff and was talking for a while. Here’s the thing, she wasn’t wearing a mask and my order was a food item that comes in an open bag. Super inconsiderate of the staff and this guest (I think she worked there as well) to 1) keep a customer waiting for your personal convo (pick up the phone and give ur friend a call if u need to talk so badly) and where is your mask? Your talking and probably spiting all over the orders that the drive through employee is preparing. Super disappointing. Please don’t go to this location, hold your staff to a higher standard and show respect to the community by encouraging people to wear their masks, the pandemic isn’t over. Major yikes.

Went inside to get a drink. Drive thru was extremely Long. Only one in there placing an order. Waited for over 10 min . For my drink and still didn’t get it. When I went to cancel it and complain that all they did was Serve their drive thru and mobile orders all I got was a sorry. No rush on the drink I already had waited over 10 min. For, no here is a free drink for next time. Nothing. What happened to waiting on customers who actually come into your establishment? Terrible customer service.

I visited this store Sunday afternoon. The drink was great but the service was horrible! When I ordered my latte I forgot to mention that it should be decaf. When I realized it, the barista was already half way mixing it. Even though I apologized, the barista who took my order was clearly bothered. I could see it in her face. I was treated me as if I was a child. Three times she told me that next time I needed to mention it ahead of time. She told me once and then again as she was charging me, and a third time when i was sliding my card. I finally had to tell her that I heard her the first time. The barista who mixed my beverage didn't seem to happy either. I could hear it in her tone of voice as she abruptly slid my drink on the counter and said, " there you go". I said thank you and she turned away without a response. I have never been to a starbucks and been treated this way! It's not like they were busy. They had no customers ahead or behind me. Had there been other customers there I would have felt completely humiliated and I would have lost my patience.

BEST Starbucks I've EVER been to! The staff is amazing and my drinks are always to die for! Susan, Andy and Violet always make my day!
