If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and they messed up on one of the pizzas. Called them and spoke with the manager and was basically called a liar in regards to the pizza. He assured me everything was correct and when I kept telling him no he only offered a 2 dollar credit. 2 dollars for the price of their pizza isn't worth it. So forget it, actions will be taken place and I will never order from this location again. Absolutely terrible customer service.
I have ordered from this liason for years. This last year they no longer seem to be able to get the order right. Last time spoke with the manager, he offered to comp me on my next pizza, which was appreciated. Today I ordered again they messed up the order. They billed me correctly though. I'm done trying to correct them and then get attitude from the staff. I will not be ordering from this location anymore!
Worst Roast's every! Didn't answer their phone when I called to change my order to delivery. I tried 12 minutes later and got someone on the line. He told me he couldn't delivery it. I told him I would a like refund, for I tried to call and no one answered. He then attempted to argue with me about the phone not being answered. Then told me that he couldn't do a refund and said he could have someone deliver it. Told him that is what I wanted in the first place. Then calls and says my driver is going out their way to deliver so how much tip you gonna leave. I didn't realize doing your job is going out of your way. Horrible customer service!
Went here before a movie to get a slice of pizza and the slices are huge! The sausage is my favorite. The employee was nice. Overall a great place for a quick lunch to go.

Ability to order through Grubhub but they make delivery themselves and so far has been over 2 hours waiting for the order.

The only thing I like about this location as their pizza is greasy. I love greasy pizza. If you don't like greasy Pizza don't order from this location. That being said you probably shouldn't order from this location anyway because their customer service is terrible. The last three times I have ordered for pickup I have gotten there and had to wait 20 minutes for my order because they wait until I get there to put it in the oven. The whole reason I call orders in is because I don't like to wait. So if you like greasy pizza and like to wait this is your spot
No manager on duty to resolve my complaint. The has half of the cheese and ingredients it has in the past. The raised prices over what is advertised on THEIR website. Then burnt my pizza and the gentleman played games like he had no idea who I was. I will be calling to talk with a manager and placing a stop payment on my card. I was the last person in my family that actually like rosatis and they have officially last my business as well. They will not last with these issues. Good thing they have plenty of competition and don't worry about retaining business.
