The pizza arrived burnt and the beer nuggets were like croutons. Everything was over cooked. Not only that but the pizza was stuck to the top. I’m almost positive that the delivery driver even ate 4-5 slices on the veggie side of the pizza. Could one seek a refund for this sub-par service? We left a $20 tip to the driver as it was a late night but we weren’t expecting a portion of our $77 order being half-eaten…
My first and last time ordering at this location! Took over an hour for two thin crust pizzas. Was not told that each topping past cheese was an additional fee, including extra sauce! Total came to $70!! When we opened the boxes, we found a dumpster fire of two pizzas completely disheveled. Appears to be a mixture of being too hot and sloppy, and crazy delivery driving. Called to let the manager know, who was BEYOND RUDE. Was not willing to rectify the situation nor refund us without requesting that we return the pizzas on our own time. Ended up hanging up on me when I got to my wits end! 0/5 stars if i could!!
First we ordered a clearly stated thick crust pizza over the phone we got there and they never actually put the order in then made the pizza or found a random order which was wrong, the lady at the front then stated “well next time you should have just be more clear on the phone” and argued with me over what I ordered in front of the owner who didn’t say anything about this womens treatment of us
I just got off the phone with this Rosati's. If I could give them zero stars and still leave a review I would! This man was the rudest thing I ever talked to. I called up and politely asked if they were open because it is Easter, and the gentleman who answered the phone said ..."I answered the phone didn't I!" Unbelievable unprofessionalism!! I was so taken aback! I caught my breath and said, well I just called because some pizza places were closed on Easter, but not everybody celebrates Easter so I didn't know if you'd be open. Then he changed his tune and proceeded to tell me that all the hours were normal and they still were delivering, which I did not ask! I would not purchase a piece of bread from this Rosati's! If you're going to be rude to your customers from the get-go, you don't deserve to be in business! I have been purchasing from Rosati's for decades, and never encountered one like this! Buyer beware
ordered a veggie pizza tonight, the absolute best pizza i have ever had from any other rosatis location. whoever made that pizza, made it with love. 10/10. friendly & great staff. cheers to you all
I tried so many pizza ? different restaurants but this is the best pizza place . Soo yummy Delicious taste fresh food & good prices too .
I ordered a medium over the phone and they put in a large and I paid for one since it was already made. Now I have some bad stomach problems after eating it. Also there was barely any sauce. Not a very good experience after last time they delivered to the wrong address and would not make a new pizza they wanted to charge me again.
These guys are running a scam out of this location. I called in an order for a large pizza and mozzarella sticks. When I got there he charged me for a jumbo ($39.99) pizza and a (14) piece mozzarella sticks ($16.99). Never disclosed the price before hanging up the phone (shame on me for not asking). When I got there my total was $60 for something that should have been half of that. They are 100% taking advantage of people, menus have no prices, online has no prices on pizzas so they are just charging whatever they want. Bad business
This is the worst place everrrr. Wait times are totally out of hand. We ordered food yesterday for delivery today and they still couldn’t deliver on time. We have been waiting for food for like 4 hours. We came here to pick it up and it’s still not ready. Go some where else. Trust me! Worst place ever.
I love the food here. The service is always good and friendly and quick. I am so lucky and happy they were open on Christmas Day.
