awesome pizza very ??????????????????????????
I have been ordering pizza from Riverside for the past two years, starting with the pandemic in 2020. Three of my last four orders have been subpar from a flavor perspective, and from not following instructions "pls don't let the cheese brown too much." This past Saturday, I'd had enough, and called the restaurant to notify them. I asked to speak to the manager, and told her while I've received many pizzas that were absolutely delicious, the last three, including Saturday's were subpar. Instead of saying to me, "I'm sorry or how can we fix this, or this won't happen again..." I get a primer in how they prepare pizza, and that my complaint will be noted on my account. Ummm, I don't think so. They lost a customer. Riverside needs a new manager, or she needs a refresher course in customer relations.
Great cheese sticks!
The location was very cool. Nice pub with an eclectic vibe. The food was just OK, as the bread for my sandwich was very dry. Overall, I would try it again.

Good pizzas. Been there a few times on their half off Wednesday pasta meals.

This is one of my absolute favorite pizza spots, I can't believe I haven't written a review yet.I've tried every type of crust they offer ever since I started coming here in 2019. I'm a huge fan of their thin and pan crusts, but they're all good. I love the texture, and it's flavor isn't bland or too overpowering---it's just right.I also really like the cozy atmosphere. The service is great, too. They have a wide selection of beers on tap and in bottles/cans as well as wine and plenty of spirits. Plus it's in a great spot right in downtown where there are some great places for dessert a short walk away. The parking lot just down 2nd is super convenient.I love this place!

The BEST pizza in town! Dining in is a relaxing, fun time and the staff are all great and if you decide to take out, the delivery is quick and efficient. This is one of our favorite spots in St. Charles!!
