4th of July meet up with friends after parade.. You never go wrong with portillo's. thanks to all the employees who worked today. Things were a little slow but everyone was helpful and our orders were perfect. Thanks for bringing back the lemon cake.
Nobody in the Chicago fast food business beats Portillos for quality. Hot dogs are amazing, I'd argue it's the best Italian Beef (so many others are too salty).And the French Fries ? can't be beat.Don't worry if the lines are long, they move very fast
This Portillo's is by far the Best!!! The Manager James was so considerate to make sure that my order was delivered after a Door dash delivery person forgot to take a bag....James was so very patience and made my issue a top priority for a busy evening at the restaurant. Thank You for having James managed our restaurant in St Charles, Il!!! He is one of a kind!!!
Came for a super early dinner at 4:15. Service was SOOOO SLOOW. There was nobody in the drive through and very few in the restaurant. It was painful. Clearly this one is not run like the rest of the locations.
Place is a mess, Marisa isn't fit to lead, the "manager" on the phone was one sided. 30 minute wait, order was still incomplete and people aren't that polite. Was given the wrong number to corporate ?. Never again it's gunna hurt cuz I live portillos but it's getting toxic there
Was the experience I used to remember/ great food. Excellent service and that is considering they were 15 minutes from closing.
When I was a young boy my first experience with a real hot dog was at Portillo‘s and it changed my life to this day all I can think about is what I’ll get next time I go there. Allow me to list out the things that I love the most. Cheeseburger double cheeseburger cake shake hotdog jumbo hotdog beef and cheddar croissant big beef big beef combo cheese fries cheese onion rings Coke Diet Coke regular shake chicken nuggets chopped salad. Also the uniforms there are so cool. And honestly the best drive-through system in the country.
It s ok for the price but not what we were expecting, it just a regular hot dogs but the place is nice and clean
We love their Italian beef with sweet peppers! Get it nice and wet and enjoy the flavors all soaked into the bread! Hot dogs and fries are great too, wash it all down with a chocolate cake shake! Calories?!? You only live once, so enjoy while you can!!
The beef was really dry and the bread was soggy it was a good price for the food but not what I expected from this restaurant
