Ordered about thirty box lunches, and the food was delicious. The delivery was ahead of schedule. We will certainly use them again.
Staff ran to the back when we walked in. While we ordered at the kiosk more people came in and then got their orders taken ahead of ours.Order was wrong, food just ok.I hate panera.
The restaurant surely has to be severely understaffed. Perhaps they should not even have their dining area open at this time because they are unable to keep it anywhere near clean on the counters, seats, benches, carpeted or hard floors, the creamers had crust on the edges, the garbage was filled to the top and was very dirty all around the food collection area.
I really don't understand why every time I go to this location they forget some of my items. There's a checklist of the items the customers order and this location still can't seem to complete an order. You were out of bread tonight so I selected 2 chips instead, didn't get them. The last 2 times they didn't give me fruit cups. So frustrating. Obviously I need to remember to check my bags every single time or start driving all the way to the Geneva location. Also, no napkins or spoon for the soup.
Overall love the food, sometimesbthwycmiss the customize selections. Will still continue to order!
The manager Jaime is a great guy. Helped me make my daughters morning by bread slicing her bagels for.

Customer service is always great, as I've had a few minor issues, and similar to Starbucks, they are quick to compensate for those issues It takes away the financial pain of getting a wrong order, especially with the prices. Quick tip: check your soup on carry out orders to make sure you get enough stuff and not too much broth - sometimes happens. Salads are great and I really appreciate that now you can make five free customizations when ordering in the app. Fireplace at the Randall Rd location is nicer because it's in the eating area, but this fireplace is nice to take a book and stay a while - has two armchairs flanking it.
I was waited on quickly and the food was fine. But after I picked up my meal for in-store consumption I discovered there was no spoon on the tray for my soup, not was there dressing for my salad. When I settled in the knife on my tray appeared dirty, so I set it aside. The handle of my fork felt like all the food from the previous user hadn't been washed off either. I sure hope the bowls were clean - I couldn't tell since they were both filled with food. Don't plan on eating in here again.
I got a Cesar Salad they didn't give me Croutons the lettuce was all Roman Hearts no leaves on it at all I had 3 pieces of Chicken. I had it delivered and that was ridiculous I threw half my Salad away. They have gone down in quality when it comes to their salads.
