We asked if they were closed because there wasn't much food to choose from. There were 5 people waiting in front of us.There were at least 4 workers. When the food was cooked everything went fast, very impressive how they worked together. The problem was when they were standing around waiting they should have been stocking supplies. They had no water bottles, napkins or forks! I am coordination challenged and can't use chop sticks. I had to tear a piece off the Kleenex box to use as a scoop! I'm glad we live far away from this place, I won't be back.

The staff at this location is top notch. They are always slammed busy but are on top of it. Very well ran. And friendly too!

Ok place. The employees need to take their job Less seriously.... this isn't a WWII camp, stop acting like every move is a crime

Very good experience of simple stuff. People are friendly. Food is fresh and good.

Only 4 meat options rude staff unwilling to make more. Very disappointed

The food here is totally a hit or miss lately, my pass few lunches weren't cooked properly or over cooked, maybe they got a new cook who has been trained for atleast the past 4 months. The lady who does the orders rocks the lines out.

Horrible customer service , the employees were rude and rearguard service due to medical conditions. Online ordering was turned off .I will never step foot in this establishment again after the discrimination.

It's 11:10 AM. I've been waiting outside the door for 20 minutes for them to open. Other customers have pulled up and left due to the doors not being open at 10AM as is posted on the door. I called they told me they were opening at 11AM they see as standing at the door in su freezing temperatures and don't open for business. Horrible customer service.

They make you wear a mask, walked out and will never eat at Panda Express again. Masks don’t work, it’s been scientifically confirmed.

I was denied service because I refused to take part in mask cult theater. (They always served me without a mask in the past during the ridiculous mask mandate). I was asked if I had a mask and I said "No I don't". The employee then tried to hand me a mask. He was not holding the mask by the ear loops. He was holding it by the part that would go over my face. How is it sanitary and good health practice to put something over my mouth and nose that was handled by another person? I told him "I don't mask". He said "Then I can't serve you". I said, "That's ridiculous" and left immediately. Apparently “science” doesn’t allow someone to order food but it does allow people to sit at tables talking (not eating) and walk out of the restaurant maskless as I had been witnessing for several minutes while I waited in line. Why aren't the employees watching EVERYONE and making sure people are wearing masks every time they leave their table? I stood in line maskless for several minutes. If masks are so necessary why isn't an employee standing at the door making sure everyone who enters is wearing a mask? Governor Pritzker's mandate is not law. Panda Express is engaging in discrimination. There are plenty of fast food places and restaurants in the area not engaging in mask cult theater. Those places will get my business.
