I live nearby and order take out from here every so often. They've always been good at getting my orders right. However, yesterday I received one incorrect item and didn't realize it until I got home. I called them, spoke to a manager, and she had a driver drop off the correct meal. 20 mins later Olive Garden was at my door. I was very impressed...
I was out on a nice day and I happened to see an Olive Garden right around Dinner Time... There were a lot of people there... but I was hungry... The greeters at the door were both lovely and very friendly. It did not take long to be seated. And I saw the Meal that I always wanted to try... SO I DID... It was the TOUR OF ITALY MEAL... **FANTASTIC** It has Tender Chicken Parmigiana, Heavenly Lasagna Classico and Savory Fettuccine Alfredo... But that was not all... The Meal started off with an Icy Cold Sprite and their Flavorful Breadsticks... and I had a choice of Soup or Salad... so I chose the Appetizing Chicken Gnocchi Soup... Plus I made a New Friend while I was there... It's such a nice place to visit if your looking for a Great Meal.
Our go to, because the closest by us, sucks.Anyway they are always friendly, fast service.Really good drinks, the bloody mary is always good.Steak is always good.We really enjoy coming here.
Service on Thursday 3/3 was horrible. We arrived at 8:45pm, they close at 10pm. Service was slow although the restaurant was not busy. Finally when we had a chance to request refills on our drinks from the server, he said since they were closing in 30 minutes the no longer had ice tea or raspberry lemonade and had to check to see if the bar had ice. What? Because your closing in 30 minutes you no longer have drinks or ice? If the biz starts throwing stuff away 30 mins before close, the server should ask before everything is tossed if the customers who are still eating if they want more of the drink they ordered. Since dinner took so long due to the poor service the staff started to clean the kitchen area. Since we were seated across from the kitchen area we could see the staff throwing buckets of water on the ground and other staff members yelling "its flooding". After the multiple bucks of water came the multiple buckets of soapy water where apparently the "foam was attacking" us 1 staff member yelled out. We have been to this OG many many times, some good some bad but from a service standpoint this was the worst! The MOD needs to get their act together and run a customer focused restaurant. Hats off to the cooks, the food was good.
The restaurant it’s clean, good services, good food, but the portions is smaller, there have new drinks and definitely we came back soon ..
Host was more interested in talking to the other hosts than seating guests. Breadsticks were cold and hard, salad was frozen, 5 cheese sauce was salty. Wait was 55-65 min and when I did get called I had to wait again because there was not a table available. Talked to the manager and all I got was platitudes. Not great!
ALWAYS great food, and friendly staff, even when they are short handed. Great wait staff!
Estimated wait 20-30 minutes, actual wait time 50 minutes. They continue to tell people walking in it’s a 20 minute wait even though they are continuing to close down more sections of the restaurant. Short staffing isn’t an excuse for inaccurate information.
My husband said his salmon was too salty, I loved my shrimp scampi! Wish the stuffed shells would have some spinach, it would taste less bland. We always love the salad and breadsticks!!!
The wait staff here was awesome! I can rarely say that these days. They had the best manners and were very attentive. Always love the soup and salad deal.
