Will not got back. We stopped in with our granddaughter. We were told by the girl waiting on the drive-thru "be with you in a moment" 2 other people came in after us that bought packaged goods. 10 minutes later the girl finally came out front and waited on the two customers that came in after us and then walked back around the counter to the drive thru. So we were walking out. Someone else finally came out front as we were walking out and asked to wait on us. We said not any more, we waited 15 minutes and others were waited on before us and left. Horrible way to treat your customers. My granddaughter was very disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could.
Normally I have really great experiences here, but today I sat in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes before I even was able to order, and then another 15+ to get to the window and watch my ice cream order JUST get started. I was in line so long my car overheated and I had to stop to let it cool for an hour on the way home. All for 2 scoops of ice cream. It was super disappointing.
They were out of my favorite ice cream so I ordered my second favorite and they were out again. Third selection was OK but disappointing that products advertised were not available. Seems easy enough to make sure all favors are available all the time. It's not rocket science it's ice cream.

1 star, boy where do I start about this catastrophe of a business ran by the ABSOLUTE WORST “Paul Davison” First when I came into the restaurant I saw him yelling and scolding an employee over a dress code issue, (the girls hair didn’t look fluffy enough?) this man is a monster and also has been seen buying bananas with his bare hands and employees money. Secondly this place is so dirty, the floor is never clean, I found a booger on the chess pieces, it doesn’t seem like they know how to run a Ice cream shop, the employees who helped me were nice except for a young blonde girl, I think her name was Emily, she looked at me rude and rolled her eyes when I ordered a Coffee Milkshake. I’ve been here twice and have had only bad experiences, the only upside to my drive through experience, (my second time going) was that the young man running the drive through (he had red hair) was extremely courteous and treated me with respect as all employees should do to the customer, the higher up management, especially PAUL DAVISON are terrible, Oberweis, please step it up.
My husband was done repair, it is true that they do not have a knowledgeable mechanics,I would not trust for my truck. Maybe the family own is about 50 years out of out of there,it is time to find service manager,...
Another delicious trip to Oberweis. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. The many delicious items in the refrigerator case were tempting. We did take a brochure about the delivery services offered. There are so many wonderful meals and meal planning ideas. The chocolate peanut butter sunday is one of my favorites. The chunks of chocolate and drizzling peanut butter are a perfect combination. The mint chocolate chip ice cream was equally delicious. The chocolate waffle cone bowls added a crunch.
Was here on Friday night and was so disappointed. everyone else got what they wanted I was handed a half melted turtle Sunday and none of the nuts that went with it. They didn’t have many people working so I couldn’t even ask for them to make a new one as more people came in after us. But I was just disappointed that they even handed it to me already melted and didn’t see a problem with that. I do understand that they didn’t have many workers there but I don’t know why they thought it was ok to still give me my ice cream which was more soup then anything.
Shakes weren't good, not much flavor. The shake's we're very thin perhaps even watered down.Insane high prices nearly $20 for 2 shakes that are sub sub par.Chick-fil-A, MCDs, DQ are all better shake's, that don't take the shirt off your back to get 1.
Drive thru? Seriously what takes so long? 8 cars deep and my order was not made until I got to the window?? Really? Why should i spend 20 mins in a drive thru line? For the cost of the milkshake I expect more. This is why I dont visit often.
