Ordered sweet tea on app got insweet with sugar pakets on the side called to ask guy was rude and short with me stating thats gow they do it xause their machine doesnt make sweet tea i tried puting a review on their websit but it doesnt load correctly it tells me to pick the city but wouldnt let me select it

Home sick with Covid, fresh out of groceries so I ordered a sandwich for delivery, my Vito arrived with cheese and lettuce only… lol. I called and was kinda rude so I apologized for being hangry. The guy was really nice and remedied the situation so I appreciate the kindness, thank you.
Must be my fault for not asking for normal portions.Got a sprinkle of lettuce, mountain of meat and was dry as the Sahara.Update: 12/28/21Went back for a web redemption and wife was more pleased with her sammich. Had more lettuce and mayo and was less dry. As she has been coming to this location for years as she works right here she said there used to be more lettuce but is guessing with covid and shortages etc. etc. etc. Overall was an improvement. 2nd photo from today.
Me and my co-workers order from here all the time we constantly wait over an hour to get our food. They will not be getting my business anymore.

This is a terrible location we won’t be ordering from again. We ordered lunch for the office and most sandwiches came with next to no meat. Mine came with absolutely NO meat. When I called to get it corrected they said I could drive in and pick up the meat. Manger is rude and short. I agree with other reviewers that they would be better served with a manager that cared at least a little bit about customer experience.
