Grossly overpriced and bad quality pizza. Not sure how they are still open.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered pizza and waited an hour and 45 minutes just for them to cancel the order and told me they “dont care” There’s 100 pizza places in the area I highly suggest you give your money to someone that earns it. Not this guy.
This place does delivery, and it's always quick, hot, and delicious. I love the fried ravioli!
First time ordering from this place and the customer service was horrendous. I asked for the total and asked him to explain it to me and his respond was “are you going to order the food or not I’m busy” The only reason I kept the order was for my resident were I work because I wanted to do something nice for them. But I will never order from this place. They are extremely rude and they don’t know how to talk to people. I don’t care how busy you are, you don’t talk to people like that. Like I said never again. You have lost my business.
Read the reviews beforehand and figured they can't really mess up every order and unfortunately they do. Will not be coming back with so many other options in the area that will actually give you what you order.
Terrible experience, ordered a pizza through grub hub, the owner confirmed my order and marked it as it was being delivered but never sent out a pizza. Wouldn't recommend this place for late night pizza deliveries, go to sarpinos instead.
Its not Italian dreams anymore. They just kept the name so you don't realize you are ordering from Rosatis. They are under the same roof,share a kitchen have the same employees
Had a pizza delivered to wrong address and instead of getting a new one he went back and got it sitting outside and brought it back. Cold!!!!! Really?
Fantastic and they've gone out of their way to make our food perfectly.
Pizza had little sauce compared to toppings and cheese. Food was still good, but the lack of sauce ruined it.
