Let’s just say I don’t appreciate getting a large cup half full of foam when I asked for steamed half-and-half which they don’t actually have and didn’t say so, just said OK and proceeded to act as if they did. The espresso was clearly not freshly brewed, it was barely lukewarm. They very likely already had some espresso brewed and it had been sitting out in their small metal pitcher they use to pour into drinks. Got a refund and plan to avoid this location. Of course this doesn’t mean they will butcher any and every order you put in.
Food and coffee is delicious but service always feels cold and filled with hatred. Also never know if the lobby is open or not since there is never a sign and as an uber driver as well, it is very inconvenient.
The staff here is absolutely amazing! We moved all the way to westmont and still make it a point to stop and see our favorite dunkin crew every time we're in the area! I need to make sure to catch their names next time!-the tiedye gang ?

This location seems to have slim staffing but an amazing crew none the less!! They are amazing because of their great attitude, excellent baking skillz? Or is it creamer stirring skillz????? Either way I love stopping by getting food and my drinks!
Just wanna give a shout out to the two men working at this location and the other 4 locations on top of it. Picking up the slack for those that don't want to work. Keep it up guys it doesn't go unnoticed by everyone. Working 90-120 hours is dedication. You guys deserve a raise!-from a fellow resturant worker ?

One of the best dunkin donuts. Very friendly staff and they remember your order if you frequently go there.
The best Dunkin I've ever been to solely due to the workers. Always nice, sometimes funny. I've never had a bad experience here. :)
We came one day and they asked us what we had planned while we waited for our food. We proudly told them we were going to visit our new granddaughter. They congratulated us and we talked for just a minute. We came back the next day and the same person recognized us and asked about the baby. People here really seem to enjoy their work. We will be back.
