There is a lady working here that will just light up your day when she takes your order. I used to order at the Dunkin down the road because it's a shorter drive, but they would get the order wrong or frequently be out of things and the final straw broke when they closed early and wouldn't fulfill my mobile order or even talk to people waiting at the window or front door nor answer the phone - just two people standing inside counting the drawer and occasionally glancing up at us until we all left.What's my point? This is the good Dunkin. If you find yourself at the Tincup Pass Shopping Center Dunkin, that's the bad one - drive up the road 1 minute for better service.

Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I came in through drive-through it wasn't even close to closing time. Yesterday around 6 or 7. I started to place my order and then I had some add ons. I apologize for the inconvenience and started to order. And whatever female was working in the drive-through. Yelled at us "too just pull up to the window we'll get it". And I mean actually yelled and extremely aggressive over the microphone I didn't buy anything I just left.
I got to DD at 6:00pm and they didn’t have 4 different donuts including the Boston cream . Ridiculous!! DD should be out of business… another DD on 64 apparently close earlier? Since when DD CLOSES at 6:00 or 7:00?
Don’t understand why the lobby still isn’t open. The lines every day are crazy. OPEN THE LOBBY!
So tried this Dunkin for the first time (2701 E Main in St Charles, IL). One of the worse experiences my wife and I have had at a Dunkin. As we pulled in, there was the sign advertising the $3 medium pumpkin spice latte, the menu board also had the same advertisement. I ordered my reward caramel latte and the medium pumpkin spice latte, even saying when ordering that I wanted the $3 medium latte. When I got to the window to get my drinks, the pumpkin latte came out to over $5
Tried ordering my daughters a quick breakfast before school and the online order was messed up on. Things happen, but ignoring phone calls and arguing with the customer over the intercom when they deny messing up/forgetting items when you have the receipt and items on you is ridiculous.Normally we have a great experience here, but the female employee that was there today, 08/30/31 at 6AM provided terrible customer service.
This location is a little better at not forgetting to give you your food or messing your order up.
These kids in the late morning will mess up your food 100x before getting it right.
Drive thru is difficult but service was good.
