I don't go to this location anymore. Would occasionally have order accuracy issues, but one late afternoon I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and nobody came to the drive thru speaker or window after I knocked on the windows several times. I saw someone walk by but they didn't come to the window. I went to the front door, which was locked, and I could see two workers inside shutting the place down an hour and a half early. This is the second time they've shut down early, bit last time they had my drink ready and gave it to me. This time they just looked up, made eye contact, and went about their business like I wasn't there. I had to go through customer service to get my money back for the mobile order. There is a larger issue of poor management and staffing here. Now I just go a few blocks east to the Dunkin at 2701 E Main - never had an issue for the last 8 months.
I dislike Dunkin Donuts in general but, I stop at a location here and there to pick up something for others, from time to time. Hands down, this location at 1566 E Main Street, is the most poorly operated location in the Fox Valley.They are consistently out of products, clearly due to poor inventory control/ordering. Chalk it up to "Covid" and being short staffed... It's been two years. It's time for the excuses to end.I tried to visit today and the lobby is again closed. I walked over with a stroller and my kids and upon pulling on the door, no one would take the time to even acknowledge us at the front door. Basic customer service is non existent here and if I owned this location, I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to this store.There is no signage to advise that the lobby is closed. It was after 8AM today when I visited. If your lobby is closed indefinitely, then make that clear. Again, the other reviews I see address management being an issue and I am sure that is the same reason for my experience today. This appears to be the norm in the fast food service industry today so, good news for local mom and pop run restaurants!
Sat in line for 10 minutes waiting to hear back nothing. 3 cars behind me 2 cars at the window. Pull away and 2 employees hang talking to the Uber Eats driver. Ridiculous it's your job not an option.
It's always a hit or miss with this location. It seems as if their employees are sleeping since the orders are normally wrong 85% of the time.
My friend and I were at this Dunkin on 12/30 and we felt extremely uncomfortable. The two young girls were doing their jobs well and they listened to the manager their, even though he was being extremely rude to one of the young girls there. I did not catch his name but he has dark long hair I believe. He did not have any patience with one of the workers there, and seemed to constantly shame her if she did something wrong by accident. My friend and I were there for only 5 mins and the whole time he constantly brought her down if she made a mistake. She was kind to us, I can’t imagine what it would be like working a shift with this type of manager. Clearly he shouldn’t be a manager if he does not have patience to help his coworker. I hope this Dunkin can retrain this manager, it was very unprofessional shaming a co-worker in front of customers.
I ordered the wake up wraps and a coffee before heading to work. I was unable to eat the wraps because they were burnt and hard. Never going there again
The manager he is so nice. The speed he got my order to me was out of this world!!!!!! It was a really big order too and everything was perfect!!
Once again, another incorrect order. How an XL black coffee becomes cream and sugar is beyond me. I try to avoid this one as much as possible, and today is another reason why.
Can't make a simple coffee. Ordered 2 caramel iced coffees. No flavor at all. No caramel. Latte machine always broken. Never again
