The girl in the drive thru was terrible. First she forgot her mic was on and I heard her complaining about how late it was. Then at the window after I paid she asked me to pull forward and wait for my food. So before I left I asked if I could have extra ketchup. She snarled at me "yea it will be in the bag". When I got the food there was no ketchup. For the price it was pretty small too.
One of the best Culvers around - cooks always get our orders right and the nice staff brings it out to your car with a good attitude. I always tip them for making the run out - they're top notch servers!
Used to love Culver’s. Not anymore. Orders are always wrong. Have tried a few times in the past 6 weeks hoping it was a one off. But each time is continually worse. I feel bad for the young workers, it’s not really their fault they have poor leadership examples. Culver’s corporate needs to bring in experienced people to oversee every shift.
I love Culvers food! But, Staff weren't masked. Won't return to this location.

Good Culver's location, usually pretty timely service. You know what you are getting with a Culver's, so really what matters is the service and wait time, and it's usually good at this location.
While the food was good as always, we were dismayed that none of the staff were wearing masks. We ate inside and it wasn't crowded. All of the customers had masks on appropriately, but none of the staff at the counter did. We will not be back anytime soon.
Yummy burgers, yummy custard, and great service. I wish the burgers had something more.
