Our waitress was great. She was all smiles and prompt with her service. My husband ordered the bourbon pork chops and loved it. They were quite delicious. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and was less than impressed. Not awful just not as good as the pork. Kinda dry and bland. We ordered chocolate cake and the summer berry shortcake for dessert and weâre very happy. The shortcake was not at all what I was expecting but was so yummy. Overall, great experience.
We had Jimmy as our server and has great. He made wine and food selections catered to our taste. They were both spot on.

Service Experience was not the same as in past-disappointed. No bread basket provided. Server was not friendly to us.
We had an enjoyable birthday dinner. Only minor complaints were somewhat slow/inattentive service and an overseasoned barramundi.
We have recently joined the wine club and dining at the St. Charles location. The food and wine is great but what can sometimes make or break your experience is your server. Our server this visit was Justin and he was exceptional! We hope to sit in his section our next visit which will be soon. While we had good service there in the past, you remember a server that makes the experience better. Justin did that, thank you.
