For some time this location has been slacking with flavor or just getting my orders correct and done on time. BUT, recently they have really stepped up their game and the flavor is booming again, the portions are perfect, and I am a lot happier that they’ve fixed their issues. I was super close to never coming back to this location. Very well please with the turn around.
Worst Chipotle on the planet. Every single time I go here, I wait at least 15 minutes for my pickup order. Whether there are 3 or 10 people that I can see back there, it always takes a ridiculous amount of time. The employees are always fooling around and clearly not working. It feels like they produce one burrito bowl every 5 minutes. Just today it seemed like only the manager was packing orders while the 5-7 employees were all talking. Maybe ask your employees to do their job once in a while.
Good food but good luck with allergies-lots of cross contamination. My veggie bowl came with a few chunks of meat and cheese in my guacamole even though I told the guy I needed to be careful due to a dairy allergy. Luckily I saw the contaminated parts before giving myself an allergic reaction.
I love chipotle. This one I think is under some bad leadership at the moment or they are under staffed (which is understandably the issue everywhere). Either way, I have gone three times in a row and every time something with the order is messed up. Chipotle customer service basically thinks I’m trying to get free food. I’m not. And it’s usually the wrong protein or adding/subtracting ingredients or forgetting sides. I’d rather just drive to the west side of town and go to that chipotle.
The new pollo asado is a nice change from the standard chicken. I dream about a fish option someday, too. Food was great at this location and everyone we encountered was nice. Oh, and my new favorite drink is mixing iced tea with agua frescas.
went in around lunch time today. it was decently busy. as i waited in line i watched a worker pull out their phone that was ringing, and then swipe on it with their gloves on and then set it down on the table behind her and went on to continue without changing gloves. not a huge deal, but definitely unsanitary. the reason for this review is the embarrassingly bad quality of my food.i asked for double meat and was given a half scoop of each. when paying i told her that was the weakest double meat i’ve ever seen and she just laughed..? anyways, not a big deal there either, it is what it is. what is a big deal is the fact that i paid $18 for a burrito and chips and guac and the only thing that was even EDIBLE was my side of guac. completely dissatisfied with this location and will from now on drive an extra 15 min to go to the next closest chipotle. the quality at this spot has been noticeably dropping off in the past year, but this was the icing on the cake. steak undercooked severely, first bite into my burrito was something rock hard that was in the rice, and the chips i got were like chewy at the ends of them. i am predicting this location will be closing soon here because it’s just been getting worse and worse. I showed my roommates what i got and they, like me, will absolutely not be going back to eat there ever again. save your $20 and get literally anything else in the area. the quality of this chipotle is so below par. it is disgusting and mind blowing how bad it is. 0/10. do not go to this spot.
So i placed an order online and got guac on my burrito, when I arrived to pick up my order it wasn't ready, and they told me they were out of guacamole. I was ok with it and asked for a refund, but I never got my refund. The gentlemen took down my email and then that was it. 3 dollars isnt a big deal, but the whole situation was a bit annoying. Overall love this location though!
For the past 3 times I went the rice has been raw as hell, its like I'm eating some nails. Like do you guys put the rice in for like 5 mins and take it out, like it's rice that's the easiest thing to cook my guy. Also they be half scooping on delivery orders and in person then they charge you extra. Trayuush
Good food, big portions, short wait at 2 PM. I believe they usually have wider selection that they had at the time I was there this time, still good. Better for you than other fast food choices.
The restaurant is never open when it says it will be. It was closed at 8pm on a Friday for no reason. The website hours don’t match. On top of that, when they are open the staff seems so overwhelmed. I’m bummed this is one closest to my house because I normally love chipotle. Something is off with this one.
