I used to live in Vegas before so I know Capriotti’s sandwiches. They are from the west coast. From the Philly Cheese Steak to the Bobi and the Italian. Was blown away that one was in St Charles, IL. I’ve visited this location a handful of times. The service was always great, the experience was always great. Till a year went by and they always seemed to change hands. The store was closed for two months, then a new owner took over. Then they would open again for a few months. Then they would close again. Went last October, low and behold opening soon. What is with this location changing hands all the time? I don’t get, you are not going to make it in Illinois. Very disappointed.
My experience was a very good one! The sandwiches were delish! Definitely not light of ingredients at all. The staff was friendly and although it was busy I didn’t have to wait too long. Though I’m happy to wait a little while for a fresh and made to order sandwich. Also the owner has a work ethic that doesn’t quit and she is a lovely person! Definitely give them a try!
I tried a few different small sandwiches and they were amazing! The chocolate chip cookie was soft and delicious also! Great place for a good sandwich and the online ordering made it all a breeze!
I grew up with tradition and have been desperately looking for the perfect submarine sandwich. This place has it try it let me say you will be hooked every single sandwich is excellent of course my favorite is the Italian you guys get 5 stars from me keep up the good work.
A business should answer their phone during working hours OR have a special number for customer issues. We placed an order yesterday for 2 sandwiches and specifically requested two items be taken off sandwich in the special requests section. We tried calling to also confirm over the phone but received the recorded message. The sandwich arrived with BOTH items on it, leaving it inedible. We tried calling for them to fix their mistake however it was more of the same Recorded message for the next 45 minutes. Gave up! Won’t buy from here again.
An absolutely fantastic experience! We ordered food for 15 yesterday, the staff showed up on time with the best sandwiches that I and my guests have ever had! I love the unique flavors and ingredient combos their sandwiches offer. Thank you Gina and Kim for making our day special.
The sandwiches are Great. My wife loves the Bob its like a hole Turkey dinner in every bit. I enjoyed the Italian. And the stuff makes you fill like your with family in the kitchen.

Employees complain about being under staffed on a daily basis. Manager unable to handle her job. Very very slow. Surprised location reopened and is still in business. I don't know how a paying customer would return.
Although the food was pretty great we most likely will not return. After a very long day my boyfriend and I were happy to see something was still open late because of our busy day. So we got there my boyfriend went inside and ordered a half salad, soup and a medium sandwich. Not only was it such a small order but it took literally 30 minutes. I understand people are short handed and things like that, but we were hoping that it would be a quick pick up. Our son started crying because of how long we were in the car not moving and just sitting there. On top of that one of the workers was just chatting away with another customer for quite some time.
