My husband was thrilled to get the special coupons in the mail as he loved Arbys in MI and we didn’t have one in Maine. He has memory issues but he insisted on going to St Charles. I mapped out the way and what should have cost him $10 and some change ended up costing him over $16. He was so upset when he got home. I asked if he showed them the coupons and he said yes. Today we drove the 39 minutes back and the manager refigured the receipt and then said “the drink isn’t free because you have to buy the a complete meal!” I said I understood that but I didn’t think the drink was $7! As she was refunding the cash, my husband, totally confused at this point, asked about the drink and she yelled back the same refrain about the free drink as I tried to take her attention away from him. This was the manager! Totally insensitive… we will head to Batavia in the future.
yummy au jus! this is a great place to visit when you're feeling hungry for beef. the bread was soft, and the sandwich was nice and hot- i would eat here again.
I'd give this Arby's more than 1 but the later over the speaker seemed rushed and unfriendly. Also ordered mac and cheese and wasn't given any utensils so I can't eat it or have to find some. It's ridiculous how many places give you food without utensils so yeah 1 star.
Everything in our meals was cold & dried out-and it was dinner time?! Completely lost my taste for Arby's with this visit.

Went through the drive through. The lady taking my order was very rude. Even when i got to the window she was rude. Won't be coming back to this location. With is sad because I love arbys.
Fellow delivery drivers for doordash and ubereats:Orders are to be pick up on drive thru only lol…If only they remove the snow and made it more easy for the cars…Oh well black listed restaurant for me.
