Fantastic place! Christian owned and Christian music playing which I love. Great high quality food that is tasty, low carb, sugar free, wheat and soy free.Great customer service too! Very attentive and friendly service. They make you feel right at home.My favorite deserts so far ate the pb cookies, carrot cake, and key lime pie.
Decided to try this place because I am on a no sugar and no grain diet. Checked Google and the website and saw they were open until 7. So my wife and I raced to get there since it was 6:15. Got there at 6:30. Surely enough time to get some food. The door said 11-8 so we were like "great"! But the doors were locked. When we attempted to enter all doors were locked. An employee came out and said " we close the kitchen at 6". WHAT?! Don't post you are open until 7 if you close the kitchen at 6. If we had even gotten in the location, what would we have eaten? Maybe a can of soda or something. What a disappointment especially on our first time. The one star is strictly for the annoyance of their hours. If we go back, and that's a big if, I may amend my review. But until then, make sure you get there before 6.
We really enjoyed our visit to AJ Sliders in St Charles last weekend. The owner Lance was very personable and happy to share information about the food he serves. He also informed us he has a location in S Elgin which we plan to visit due to proximity.This place is a true outlier in the restaurant industry with 100% keto, soy free, and gluten free menu, with carefully selected ingredients.The Rutabega fries are DaBomb.com. The sliders are small but delicious and filling. We had the corned beef and a cheeseburger. The buns were so good that we took some home. We also tried the Key Lime pie and carrot cake. Both were very good, but the Key Lime was my favorite.I hope this place really takes off and we see more establishments that better cater toward dietary restrictions opening soon. Great job Lance and team.
price's are high, not a good value for the amount of food received.
Decided to try out this place for lunch. The fact the place looked dirty and smelled bad should have been a warning. Got the Ham & Cheese slider and home french fries to take home for $8.85. Got home and the fries where raw and undercooked. Threw those away and ate the slider which was probably the greasiest thing I have ever eaten. I'll avoid the details but what followed was several trips to the toilet and it wasn't pretty. Never again. This place is due for a health inspection.

We've been keto for years, and it's so nice to find a restaurant that makes the food we eat. The rutabega fries were fantastic! Honestly they tasted like sweet potato fries (but no blood sugar spike). The meal deal was the perfect size for dinner and very reasonably priced. Thanks for doing what you do! We will be back!
Wonderful dining experience! On keto we always have to adapt our fast food and restaurant options, but the food here was excellent and the service friendly; the food is all low-carb and all without compromising on any taste, and great group deals; all extremely affordable! Like bacon, AJ Sliders is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.
Have some sliders for lunch and they were delicious! I’m gluten free and having options is amazing. Highly recommend trying it even if you have no dietary restrictions.
I am so happy I found AJ Sliders! The food is delicious and today their customer service went above and beyond. I ordered their food through Uber eats for lunch and they didn't have any chocolate coconut cookies left so unfortunately my order was missing those. I called and spoke to Lance who informed me that he would make another fresh batch of cookies and personally deliver them to my home. The cookies were delicious and so has all of their food that I have tried so far. We need more places like this that not only have healthy delicious food options but also GREAT customer service.
