Last night was the worst dinning experience my family, friends, and I have EVER experienced. 1st, the waitress was ignoring our table, 2nd my 1 year old child was sprayed with beer from another customer in a booth 2 tables down, 3rd the manager was incompetent and did nothing to help accommodate my already aggravated family. After pride fest we decided to come to this restaurant because my child was hungry. We drove separate cars as our big group could not fit in one vehicle. My husband and his group arrived first and got a table for us. The waitress asked if he was ready to order and he informed her he was waiting on the rest of our party to arrive. We arrived shortly after, and as soon as our group arrived the waitress came right back up, she did not give us a chance to even open the menus in front of us before asking what we wanted. Clearly, you’re not blind and can see we quite literally JUST arrived and were not even seated yet with our menus STILL CLOSED in front of our chairs. We asked for more time, and were then ignored for 45 minutes. After having to WAVE down our waitress with a now fussy and hungry baby we finally were able to order our food. Once our food arrived we didn’t even have a chance to take a bite until another customer 2 tables down from ours shook a beer and sprayed it in the direction of someone who the manager later defended. My child was also in the aim of the spray and took the majority of the sprayed assault. My husband was now obviously upset. The manager came up, said “I can’t kick out a paying customer.” I’m sorry, but your customer just assaulted a 1 year old (with no apology to us) and are we not ALSO paying customers!? Now my child and our food is soaked in beer. At this point it had been an hour of us in this horrible restaurant. We all just decided to eat as fast as we could because we were hungry and ready to get the hell out of this terrible place. The waitress did not come back to our table to refill drinks and we had to flag down staff for refills. I’m 8 months pregnant and I drink a TON of water. Also being out all day at pride fest we were all very thirsty. When we left to pay we asked for corporates number, they refused to give us a number and told us to go to the website where we can place a comment. What a joke. The manager then again defended the customers actions with the statement “I’m sorry, I’ve had a long day too” …did your long day involve you along with your food getting sprayed with alcohol? If you’re a redneck that likes beer sprayed on families and your food, this is the perfect place for you!

Food was great. Went based on my friends recommendation. The wait to be seated was very long but not unexpected being a Saturday evening. The wait for the food was very long and not expected...like an hour. The place was crowded but others got food sooner and we were never sure who our server was...probably understaffed. Nice place otherwise.

Will never return. Server rolled eyes and huffed and puffed at us all meal as if we were putting him out. Called my teenage daughter a dumbass and a bitch while dining. As a single mom, my children and i have never been treated worse--absolutely demeaning attitude towards women and despicable behavior towards kids. Treated my children as if they had no right to request a refill and basically abandoned the table to vape and get high behind restaurant--lost server for nearly 20 mins after food was served

Disappointed. I've been here twice before prior to the pandemic and was looking forward to a good meal. Salsa was watered down and ? paste flavor with minimal spice. Entree served on hot plate but meat was lukewarm and vegetables cooked to a charred scorch. Rice was cold. Cheese quesadilla served also lukewarm where cheese was not fully baked. Not happy with meal offered take home box but not dessert. All food should be fresh and served hot or sizzling for chicken fajitas. Flour tortillas served in aluminum foil not a wooden bowel with cover. Ratings dramatically plummet downward since last visit. I didn't order alcohol because I gave it up for Lenten, but maybe that's the trick get drunk and you won't notice the food. Anyone could do a better job cooking at home and be a more enjoyable experience.

Great food for a good price.

There is no better Mexican restaurant in Springfield. These folks are top notch in service & the food is unmatched. Not to mention the atmosphere is always great & Thursday is half price margaritas, you can't go wrong.

Stopped here for dinner while staying at a nearby hotel. Had the fajita taco salad. It came to the table quickly, piping hot, and quite delicious. Service was good, quick and friendly.

The food was pretty good but the service was lacking. The server only.came back to the table once or twice during the entire meal. I had to flag him down to get more chips and salsa after we ordered a second round of beers.

Great food, reasonable prices, generous portions, neat and clean. Ate here three years ago and again tonight. Still as great as ever!

I am very patient and gracious about anyone in the service in the service industry because of the labor shortage and supply line issues. It doesn’t have to be this bad. There is nothing authentic about this place, service was awful, food was blah. No one cares.
