First time here, our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and food, I got the ribeye pork chop and it was so juicy and tender and flavorful!
I tried the duck wrap when I visited the other week. It's a bit out of my comfort zone but it was delicious! It came with a hefty portion of grilled vegetables which I was surprised by. The wrap itself had a mango salsa in it which made it extra tasty! I'll be back to try other things on the menu. There are so many options to chose from!

We had a great meal with wonderful service. We had the Bear Trap nachos with pulled pork as an appetizer, my husband had the tackle box with frog legs, gator bites, and catfish and I had the wagyu burger. We will definitely come back the next time we're in Springfield.
We have eaten at Westeoods numerous times, however, this last visit Friday was the poorest food I've ever recieved. Ordered buffalo carp, it was fried so hard could only eat less than a third of it. It'll be awhile before we go back.
Food and staff were great. We had a moderate sized group (9) with 2 children and everything was top notch.

Went for lunch. I had a cup of chili with onions and wings with sweet Asian bbq sauce. Both were really good. Lots of sauce which I mostly removed to reduce the messiness. My wife had a veggie burger, rice, and grilled veggies. Second time she's had this. Great server. The only downside was an incredible loudmouth two tables away who apparently thought the entire restaurant wanted to hear his inane comments.
The food was a little salty but the waitress Britain was very polite and attentive even while having to serve several tables. She was also very personable which made the salty food tolerable.5 stars for customer service.
