There was a drive-through kid in there last name Burkett really excellent service friendly I was quite impressed with Wendy's service that day
This Wendy's is the funny-mot-funny redheaded step child of Wendy's. Y'all forgot you still had a sign up or something. Regularly closed. Constantly understaffed. It is a Wendy's, so if you must, then you must. But I'd literally pass on this one, and after your 17 minute wait in the drive through, you probably will too. 0/5. Pull the franchise or fix it.
Do I have to give them any stars? Pulledmup to the speaker and sat there for 5 minutes said hello several times, no response. Drove to the window and saw the people standing at the register right next to me and waited another 4 minutes before they opened the window and said I'm going to have to wait and closed it before I could respond. Call the number on the window and got a answering machine that you couldn't leave a message for that said call back m-f 8 to 5. I mean apparently the office doesn't even care to hear complaints if they don't happen during regular hours.
I have nothing good to say about this place.Not only was my food cold, but the employees can't count to 10 for the correct number of nuggets to give to a customer.This place use to be so good on their service and food...but they no longer are! Be leary about going to this location.
Did a quick stop at this location on my way to Chicago. Most disgusting Wendy's location I have ever seen. Instead of the employees sitting and goofing off in the dining room they should of been cleaning. The bathroom is what was really bad. This manager should be fired, but I am sure this mess is the norm for him/her and never seen a clean restraunt. I walked out and through my food in the dumpster behind the building.
For a quick $5.00 meal was good fresh and hot. Cant wait to try the strawberry frosty if it comes to spfld.
We got off the interstate on a long trip for Wendy’s. Sign on road ”Open for dine in.” Door was locked. Went to drivethru and voice sorry but only taking online orders. You lost old customer.
Stopped by the drive thru on our way back from visiting the Lincoln museum. We got to met Eryn she served us up with 3 small chocolate frosty. She was a blast and worked very hard to make our order. A+ to her.
Friendly Staff. But took forever to get my food. I order through the app. I wanted it to be take out but the door was locked. I ended having to go through the drive thru. The kicker was when I got to the window for my food the lobby was magical open.
Salad was amazing till bite into this ? service was fast and friendly
