Me, my youngest daughter, and 9 month old granddaughter came here for lunch. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. The lobby was very clean and the food was hot and delicious. Granddaughter loved the fries and mini chocolate frosty.
Always out of options. On multiple occasions we have asked for Frostys, salads and baked potatoes and they have been out or equipment is down and items are unavailable. Extended waits to place order in drive through. Haven't gotten all the correct items asked for on more than one occasion. Coke cups are handed out the window dripping with drinks which sticky my hands and car. They forget to add napkins, straws, spoons, crackers for chili, tortilla chips for taco salad and dressing or wrong dressing for salads. On last trip the person at the drive thru window was facing away from the window yelling at staff inside and almost dropping my food.I like Wendy's food options and is the only fast food chain that has things that I can eat and don't upset my stomach. I like the franchise. Sadly, the store closest to me, is a huge disappointment.Will be happy when there is new ownership or management and improvements are made.Store location:Springfield, ILLindbergh and Freedom Dr
It's a Wendy's. Are you seriously looking at the Google reviews for a Wendy's? It's a fast food chain. What do you expect?You go there, you get food. It's nothing Gordon Ramsay would celebrate at but you can definitely get it down your throat
The number 1 and 7 breakfast combos are the best my wife and I have had. No more from those other places. Wendy's is the go to place for breakfast from now on
Food was good but when are u gonna get the second soda machine fixed? Swear the ice dispenser hasn't worked in months.
People are kind of rude sometimes but they are also nice there sometimes too but when you order or pick up to deliver to someone else like door dashing it the preparation step takes forever
Convinced they don't want to serve chocolate frostys anymore. I go there for them. the last several times i've been there, all at varying times, and they didn't have them. today, i called and ask before i went there. they said they would have until midnight, got there at 9:50 and they said they're done serving them for the night.I get it's just fast food, but come on. Don't straight up lie to me.I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this is so annoying. If i didn't call, i would have just assumed it was a nighttime thing. But i took the time to call and make sure, and wasted my time driving out there.
Ordered in the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Was asked to pull into a parking space to wait for the food and everyone that came after us got their food and left. We waited for 30 minutes and they never brought our food. Then they completed the order in the app so I couldn’t cancel so we waited for a little bit longer and it still never came. Left without getting our food and hopefully I can get a refund.
I went inside yesterday and the front counter person was extremely smelly. I don’t no if they have a hygiene policy but they need to enforce it. His hygiene was bad but they kept saying that the dining area was closed. The male that was up front with the awful smell was a manager then it was loudness coming from the back from a lady voice. They need to get this restaurant in order. I am a faithful customer but after today and the other day I want be back. Not the first time I have smelled this guy. Then the rudeness of the management is why I want be returning.
Worst Wendy’s I have ever been too! Worst experience ever! Waited almost 30 minutes on the drive thru for my food to be cold! The young lady on the window was extremely rude and she was aggressive! She repeated my order 2 times and she still got it wrong! 2 guys was in the back working screaming and yelling at each other! Just unprofessional! Won’t be coming back!
