I would have to say it was a bit of a let down the drinks were good but the hamburger was just a regular hamburger with some butter and garlic salt on top of the bun it was nothing special
The service is terrible. We waited for 20-25 mins at the order counter before someone actually showed up. One other person did and didn't know how to take a order for wahlburgers. The food was decent! But the wait to order was terrible.
Not worth the price. Zero table service, most tables were dirty with the sanitary sign placed proudly like they actually clean them. Understaffed is an understatement. The food was ok.

Will never go back waiting 45 min ask to talk to the Manger to see if we could get half of my money back for waiting so long the Manger Said no we don't do that I said it's been 30 min he said he don't care and told me I can take the food to go I sit back down waiting other 10 min then bring out half of my order waiting other 5 min from the rest we asked them what took so long they said because it was shift change and they got slammed but there was only Us in the restaurant
Very overpriced for a burger bought in a grocery store. Burger had good flavor. It wish there would’ve been more jalapeños on the jalapeño burger. The fries were cold and soggy. Wouldn’t go here again. For $16 I’ll go somewhere I get waited on. Bus boy bragged about how they get paid $15/hr now I know why they have to charge what they charge.
High prices, small portions, food was ok at best. This was my first and last time here! Not impressed!
So check this place out if you absolutely haven't had a Whalburger. If not, stay away. We waited over 30 minutes for our brunch, and it came out bad. The biscuit was so hard I had to send it back. It looked like they were behind all the way around.Unfortunately, someone thought it would be a good idea to live stream the kitchen into the lobby. Dumb...the entire lobby watched, and the crew dragged their feet, getting tables served.Nothing like the one in LV or others I have been at.Hope they pull it together. Will be coming back, but only due to love for the brand.
I sat in the bar for over ten minutes without a single person even greeting me. Apparently the staff needs to look up how to make hot chocolate, so no surprise their customer service absolutely sucks! I was really excited about trying this place for the first time…Guess not now.
As I've mentioned in another post review. I am totally in love with this store. They meet all my needs for food shopping. Over plenty to shop for here.
