The best restaurant in town, nice ambiance, very clean and appealing. The food is very delicious. I had the best Pasta dish of my life so far, it was very tasty. Must visit place.
The last time we dined with them was right after they first opened and were downtown. We ate there earlier this week for dinner and I was very surprised at how good their rib eye steak was. This is the best steak I've had in Springfield in years. The shrimp was pretty good, the bread great, and the twice baked just acceptable. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. I will definitely go back.
We were a party of six. Very nice atmosphere and our waiter was amazing. I had the 14oz ribeye, which was cooked perfectly(med rare). The asparagus and twice baked potatoes were just average. So, it Itwas a bit pricey for my taste. The BEST, hands down, I repeat BEST Margarita ever and the highlight was The Ginger Air-salt Margarita. Must try!
We went for a special occasion dinner and everything was delicious! Ribeye and Spicy Seafood Pasta. Very impressed.
Beginning to end, EXCELLENT! Our waiter, Dennis was patient, friendly, engaging, and humorous. He tended to our party of 12 like we were a table of 3! Great service! The food was fantastic! We had a variety of items that we all shared but the following stood out: Caesar salad, lamb lollipops, halibut with couscous, oyster tower and shrimp linguini. If you happen to be in town, be sure to stop in, hopefully you'll be on Dennis' shift! ?
Totally worth going here! The staff is really warm and welcoming. Every item that we ordered was delicious. Enjoyed my dinner here. Definitely going back sometime soon.
We went to Vele for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful evening! Everyone raved over their meal and can’t wait to return to try something new! Definitely coming back soon!
Ribeye was the best I have ever had! Prepared perfectly with twice baked potatoes and asparagus. We had mussels for a starter. The sauce was so delicious- I could have eaten it in cardboard!!! Yummmmmm! For dessert I had a chocolate flower bomb (of sorts) They poured hot caramel over this chocolate ball and it opened up to a delicious buttery Carmel sensation with lady fingers. Beautiful presentation and soooo yummy ! It was a birthday celebration for an old friend- this restaurant was perfect for our celebration. Can’t wait until warmer weather to enjoy dining au fresco !
Squash salad. Goat cheese croquettes. Scallops. All delicious. Sat down immediately on a Monday night. Clean bathrooms.
