The food came out cold after a 30 minute wait I was missing 3 orders and the food didn't have the sauce on it don't eat here.
The brisquet was the worst I have ever had. Tough, chewey, flavorless. I would not recommend this franchise for supper at any time. I have eaten there for 5 years in a row always in June. This place has gotten progressively worse. I will no longer dine here and will be changing my annual travel schedule to exclude this restaurant.
We were staying in the area on our way home from Nashville and went here for dinner. The wait staff was very attentive however, the burgers were overcooked and tasteless and took a long time to get to the table. Would try something else on the menu.
Stopped in for a late snack. They had a great draft beer selection with specials. Had boneless wings 2 for 1. We tried 4 different sauces and they were all good. The boneless wings have a good regular price and then the 2 for 1 was a bargain. Highly recommend.
The pulled pork was not really pulled and in big chunks with huge chunks of fat. My wife got St. Louis ribs that were so tough they were inedible. They did get her some baby backs to replace them and they were good. The sides were decent. Waiter was a little slow in coming around. Hickory River is WAY better so go there.
We doordashed food from here and it arrived cold and wasn’t the right order. We also ordered drinks as well and did not receive them either.
We door dashed boneless and traditional wings, excited about the flavor options and couldn’t wait to try them. Our bill was $70 and basically we got glorified chicken nuggets and a piece of chocolate cake. We didn’t receive the 12 traditional wings we paid almost $17 for and the food was all cold.

We ate here twice in two days. The best thing on the menu is the Bone Grill. Sausage, chicken wings, ribs, chicken breast , steak , potatoes, peppers, and onions brought to your table on a grill. Some of the best wings I've ever had. Good enough that I did curbside for some more the next day. Good service. Would eat here again.
I have been there twice and the ribs are good and I definitely recommend to go there and eat the ribs. Then the service is good.
