This was my first time having a bad experience. I ordered the bbq chicken. First of all, they didn’t give me the entire piece of chicken. You could tell they hacked off the other piece and kept it. It was a sad, small, limp piece. They seriously only gave me like 5 fries in a basket. My husband ordered the pork chops and they only grilled one side, never flipped, and burnt the other side. Also, the rolls were cold. The waitress was great. I didn’t complain because I have terrible anxiety and absolutely hate making people feel bad and it’s not the waitresses fault the food was mediocre.
Dined ? in on 6-28-22. Went here for my step-dad birthday. Service was not too bad. ? waitress forgot the salt and steak sauce. Lemonade tasted weird ? so got a sprite instead , waitress seemed like that was a hassle. That's her job though. We had a party of 5 people. I don't know about anyone else but my food was just barely warm. They seemed really busy so I didn't say anything ,but probably should've. Got baked potato ? ,filet and chili. Had to ask for butter . It should've been on the potato, but wasn't. Waitress seemed to hurry us up little too much. We were celebrating a birthday ? , with ? gifts and a cake we brought in. All in all not bad, though could've been better!!
The food & service was good. But…for the life of me, I don’t understand why on a Sunday afternoon that you would seat everyone together in the back of the restaurant. I felt like we were packed in like cattle.With COVID still active, when you have a chance to spread people out, you should. We even asked if they were short of waiters/waitresses. The answer was “no”. I probably won’t return, but I’m sure my son will be back.
Great food, great time, as always. Good place to safely ride a horse. Celebrated my brother 65th birthday, he enjoyed the heck out of this visit. They got everyone around to sing, even the other customers sing the birthday song. The food was excellent, sorry no picture, but, the food always looks delicious and at a reasonable price. To date we have never had a bad experience or a disgruntled employee. Bravo Texas Road House.
The guy next to us had a birthday, and it was so funny! The atmosphere is always good here, and the service is even better. The food is great, and worth the money. We always come here when we're in town with our kids.
I cannot remember our servers name, but they were amazing! Very friendly and considerate. The food was good, but the blooming onion was by far my favorite! So much flavor and very fresh. Will be returning.

Love this place but must say last night they were def off there game.OurRolls were burnt and had to send them back. Our onion blossom was not done ( very crunchy onions ), the butter for the rolls was not there usual .I will def we back . Maybe they had new help
