Just left the drive-thru (july 14th 1pm 2022) And the middle-aged black gentleman at the window was very courteous and professional And you can tell it wasn't an act, so he'sprobably an all round good dude outside of work too..So it was nice to be treated with respect. At a fast food place in Springfield, totally not used to it, here.

i thought taco bell was suppose to be the fast food of late night drive thru's. Have gone to the toronto rd one 2x's this week & both times closed before 10 PM

Even though the line does take some time to get thru its not bad, they are busy at 11 to 12 even 1. But im sure thats alot of ppl going on lunch break not there fault!

The service is terrible, the workers are often too lazy to prep the food or start the friers so if they aren't running, they dont have to clean it! If you come anytime after noonish it always seems like a party in there hootin and hollarin but never busy, never prepared. I dont know why Taco Bell hasnt shut this store down because obviously the people inside working dont care.

Have a sign that says lobby is open but is is not! Tried to open door and it was locked. Employees just stared at me through window and pointed at drive thru, doesn't help me when i'm driving a box truck.

Don’t expect your order to be correct or complete. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house so I kept hoping it was a one off. But after my 3rd time, it’s definitely the norm here and I’ll drive the extra couple of minutes next time. They will sub things and not tell you and completely leave things out. No body there seems to be able to put together burritos either.

Great attention to detail when taking my order but for what? How do you get that wrong!?

The worst place I have ever been. I had ordered chalupas for to go and they were cold and hard, couldn’t eat at all. My suggestion is never ever order to go in Taco Bell.

They got my order correct which i was happy about. My kids tacos, they ordered crunchy, were all cracked. My burritos were messy. Delicious but i ate half of it off my fingers as it was coming apart.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in Springfield. I tell myself every time to not go back but I live so close I give in every few months, and every time I am disappointed. The service is horrible, they are constantly out of food and their hours are all over the place.
