Order accuracy is almost 100%. And they’re quick to fix it if it’s not. I drive a little bit further for this location bc I know what to expect
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but seriously guys I pay extra for steak and get barley any steak we have missing food drive thru guy high as hell I go to Taco Bell all the time but this was awful paid for extra meat on my Crunchwrap to and had the same problem barley any meat ! Picture is supposed to have rice sour cream cheese and EXTRA steak…. Just don’t go at night day crew is WAYYYYYYYY better

Dude no fastfood place in Springfield IL gets your order right I've been in Springfield for 3 years and I've never gotten my order all the way correct.
Mexican pizza is back, well not now it's gone again... shells are different, but still not bad. Drive thru was pretty quick, online app was easy to use.
The service was fast and the food was perfect.
Loved this Taco Bell: staple of my high school. They’ve forgotten something from my order three times in a row and most recently forgot the nacho fries in my nacho fries box. I don’t wanna dog my girl who was working cause we went to high school together by my brother in Christ I cannot tolerate this kind of negligence anymore. How the absolute h e l l do you forget the special, the limited time item, the one thing you are trying to sell to me? Please give these poor workers an instructional video or two
They rarely ever get an order correct. They charge for normally free subs.
It's a good place to eat but it seems as if you are rushed to finish the order. Hey, I would get more if you gave me more time.
It's taco bell. You know what you're getting, and that's cheap calories and diahrrea. The workers here are quick and friendly.
