We have been here before and have always pleased. We had a great experience this time also. Good food and Courtney our server did a great job. He was very attentive making sure our drinks were full and our food was to our liking. Hard to believe it was his first night and he got our party of 9. The girls at the counter were polite and friendly. Overall we had a great experience and we will be back.
Went for lunch while shopping nearby. Not very busy, lots of open tables. Had ordered a couple of meals and they brought out one incorrect meal. We mentioned it and our server insisted on replacing it with something else. As any good service would do. Huge portions of food. The burgers fries looked light by our server's opinion, so she brought us a whole plate of fries Great flavors, great service. Recommend
Not good today. Upon seating, the waitresses walked by and said to the other waitress "Can you believe it's only us today?" Attempted to order saganaki and was told "We can't do that today." Waitress forgot to bring out my wife's soup. Then she brought the wrong one. Also forgot to bring out napkins when asked. Grilled cheese was not melted. Fries were stuck together (See photos). We observed other tables waiting for several minutes. We enjoyed eating at this restaurant a few weeks ago, but after this experience will not return.
Went there last night. Our server was young and it was his 2nd day. He was flustered and there seemed to be nobody training him. He apologized profusely. I felt bad for the kid. He was very friendly and trying very hard. The food was mediocre, when we finally got it all. I’m sure they are short staffed , as so many places are these days. Regardless, we paid way too much for the food we were served. We will not go back.
My husband and I have been eating here since it opened and always enjoyed it. Recently in the last two months things have gone down hill. Lack of staff, poor staff. Last night we ordered and my salad was lettuce with two tomato and one slice of cucumber. Had to ask for sour cream for both of us and dressing for both and had to ask the waitress to refill our glasses. The main courses was good as usual but the waitress brought our ticket with out asking if we would like dessert. There are many choices of restaurants in springfield chatam area and we won’t be coming here again.
I would give this place a thousand stars if I could!! First of all, our server Kristy, was awesome!! She was so nice and accommodating. Truly made the experience so much better!But the food!! It was out of this world! Large portions, huge selection and everything we had was delicious. We will definitely be coming back here, and bringing friends!!!
I had a blast at breakfast the other day and I had to share the great food and service we had at this restaurant. I was visiting in town and had a craving for gluten free pancakes, based on earlier reviews we decided to give them a try. I am SO glad we did!! The walls were hand painted very well and the décor was very inviting. The menu was extensive with a nice selection of items to choose from. Our waitress was friendly and helped us decide what to order. The booth we were sitting in was clean and my friend said the coffee tasted fresh. Our food didn't take long to arrive and it was cooked perfect as ordered. The size of the pancakes were very generous and tasted amazing. Everything tasted fresh and I had plenty to take home for meal #2. My friend said my gluten free pancakes tasted better than the regular pancakes, which is hard to accomplish because usually GF food doesn't taste as good as the "normal thing" They didn't rush us out and it was nice that they explained on the bill the difference between the cash and credit card total. Next time we plan on also grabbing a loaf of banana bread from the great big display case they have at the front. This is a must stop!
Good for quick hearty breakfast. My service was great! The food was okay. They give you your moneys worth
the place is awesome. not only a big selection of food but it is enough for at least 2 meals. my mom got 3 meals
Was fast and large portions and super friendly waitresses.
