My bread was hard and sandwich was nasty I ate 1st half 15 mins later throw it all up!
Subway is my favorite restaurant. I wish they would hire me. I've sent 3 applications in, and to multiple different locations.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Very very very dirty. We would order and they had no meat ready. Employees were too distracted with each other and couldn’t get a simple order correct. Never going back
1 person working alone... frozen avocado, ran out of 2 other ingredients while making the order, lobby was open but not for dine in. Dirty glass between customers and food- NEVER AGAIN!!
Hardly any meat on sandwich was going to get the person says each store has different standards for how much they put on sandwich having 5 slices of turkey on footlong is screwing customers I canceled my orddf I ordered the same sandwich different location Missouri 12 slices of meat the owner has no response for me because doesn't really care about customers just profit
I'm so disappointed in this place. I basically brought my son a bread sandwich. I came home and added our own turkey to this 12 inch turkey subway. Smh oh and I had to add my own pickles... They were out
If this is the Subway on Walbash in Springfield Illinois, then it was not the best experience I have had at a Subway.Ordered on line to pick up, arrived went to drive thru, a young lady told me that on line orders had to be picked up inside, oookay, go inside, youthful employees working seemed more interested in their mobile devices than customers service. Finally when they acknowledged that I was there for my food, proceeded to tell me they did not have my mobile order up on the computer so they did not fulfill the order, I questioned why since my app stated that it was ready, they said the "system" was "glitchy" that day but i could reorder, ok great I reordered.Then when they were going to ring me up, I told them I had already paid through my app, they tell me since they did not get the mobile order they could not verify that I had paid, I show them my payment approval and confirmation number on my app, still told me it didn't matter and to call customer service to charge back to my CC, I tell them I'm not doing that for a $9 footlong. This nice little back and fourth with them about payment went on for a few minutes, until through sheer patients and my ability to negotiate, got my foot long black forrest ham and cheese sub and Gatorade to go without being charged twice. Two stars instead of no stars because they ended up making the sub without charging me again. Never will I go to that particular Subway again.
Well I went yesterday and they had no bread...today I go I order my usual extra cheese lil extra mayo... didn't have the cheese and barely put mayo on it? Why Eben bother going ill go to a diff one intown.
Terrible customer service. The workers are incredibly slow and clearly don’t care. The only reason I go to this subway is bc it’s in my area. I have never had a good experience here. I will start driveling across town for my subway needs.
The meats always the right temperature but the lemonade is always lookin suspicious,there's never much of a line either.
