Always closed there's no reason for your store to be closed at 7:30 on a Sunday when I can clearly see the people standing in your store
I went to subway on Jefferson street where I always go to get hot peppers for in I am always willing to pay for the peppers , so one of the employees had a really nasty mouth and attitude she seemed really miserable in upset to be at work but that’s not my problem find you a career that makes you happy because this lady was Heavyset in she was so rude so I don’t recommend anyone go their when she is their I will be turning this information to her boss

Been to this place 3 times since I have switched jobs and customer service is lacking with them just yelling at you to drive forward and have messed up my sub all 3 times.
I wish I could of put a zero but I was always taught that if you have something to say and say it. Yesterday I ordered a 6inch chicken bacon ranch on Italian herb and cheese. When I finally had lunch at work and bite into the sandwich their was no ranch, I did not think that I have to tell them to put ranch on the sandwich if it is included in the name but what really pissed me off is when I bit into the sandwich the longest hair was being pulled from my mouth which made me so mad and sick to my stomach and when I called no one answered which made me really upset. I’m black and bald so I know it didn’t come from me
Won’t go to this location again. However, Drive up gentleman = 5 stars!It was not busy, the man working the drive up was confirming my order and I told him thank you as he was hard to hear. Woman, maybe lead worker/manager?? thought she needed to jump in and say something smart and walk away.I got my order and asked the gentleman if I could get a couple of packets of Mayo- (I had ordered xtra for my salad) there was a pretty drizzle of Mayo which looked great but not near enough for all the lettuce. Anyway, same woman huffs and puffs (so that I could see her) puts some Mayo in a container and hands it to me. I was able to say thank you but as I was saying I appreciate it, she cut me off, said “YUP”, shut the window and walked away. How rude!I’m sorry, the restaurant you work at is open for business. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there, then- go away. Your bad attitude should not be shown to your paying costumers. I’m pretty sure, I paid for that xtra Mayo. (Lol) And I ordered it at the speaker. It’s not like I decided to add xtra things when I got to the window.No wonder that store isn’t busy. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat everyone like that. And hopefully she isn’t a store/crew leader. The world is rough enough these days, it sure doesn’t need this type of example for others to follow.

The crew at this Jefferson store has always been great. Wanted to thank them for working on the 4th of July. We needed something to eat and they made sure I had exactly what I wanted and did a great job in preparing my sub.
