Friendly and fast service. Best of all they are not randomly closed like the one on West side. Clean and great easy in and out location unlike Monroe lol.
This location was easy to get to. The drive thru line went very fast. It is obvious that the employees are well trained and efficient.
By far my favorite Starbucks in Springfield, feel like they are always fairly quick, really friendly staff that seem happy and excited every time I go (very appreciated.) even if I'm on the other side of town I'll still make the trip to go to this one. Always get my order right, and always make the tastiest drinks.
I love Starbucks even though the line is always long, they do have multiple options for your convenience. I love their white chocolate mocha. This location have friendly and patient staff.
This new location has excellent service, superb WiFi, and expertly brewed coffee to complement an open atmosphere with plenty of space to do whatever you please: work, study, game.Wonderful addition to this area of Springfield!
It was okay. Some of the cashiers were not very friendly they didn't want to serve me and my daughter. I know it was at towards the end of their shift but the doors were still unlocked so that means that they should still serve. The manager finally said something and ask them to take care of us so they finally came over and took me and my daughters order. This is the new Starbucks on South Dirksen Drive.

It was a great place to sit down and visit with the whole family. My daughter's love it too. Their Carmel Fraps are better than McDonald's.
Put in a pick up order and went thru the drive thru like we’ve always done. Never had an issue until today.The person that was working the window was so rude and even slammed the window and walked off. Just such great customer service. ?
